Worse U.S. Bank Branch to work with I came in and spoke to Gerald to open up a new business account and he screwed up on my account business name. I literally handed him a cashiers check with the name I wanted in my business under, and he went ahead and used a previous business name. I spoke to Lorena about it and she wasn't any help plus a big attitude. It came to the point where I had to close my other accounts with U.S. Bank. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere they should both be fired.

Bianca A. Was so much help. Did everything she could to resolve the issue I had and went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. Seriously, thank you so much Bianca for your time, kindness, and hospitality

My mom has been going to this US Bank branch for years and never had the awful treatment she had like she did today. She was going in for a normal banking transaction and the teller treated her like garbage. ESTEPHANY RAYGOZA was very UNPROFESSIONAL and even had the audacity to say that all her schooling and studies made her a very learned professional. Obviously she has no manners with dealing with customers and even lied to my mom and said she was a manager there. Clearly her business card says otherwise. Someone, such as an actual manager, needs to talk to ESTEPHANY RAYGOZA's arrogant, unprofessional treatment of customers.

U.S. Bank is the freaking worst bank ever. I've been with UNION BANK for over 17 years and may be about three or four frauds. I got with them but I've been with U.S. Bank not my choice but by force because of UNION BANK closing but I've had five frauds within the first year of being with this company within two months, I had five frauds. Cancel my freaking card five freaking times do you know how big of a inconvenience it is to shut your card off to get another card it's ridiculous. I do not know how this bank has stayed open this long and continue to stay open they got a fire wall Just about anybody can get through to people. Very disappointed. I hope federal Navy is better cause I'm going that way.

Well it took 2 months but U.S. Bank finally made good on their deal of $ 300.00 for opening a checking Acct. Thank You Kim in the social media dept. for taking care of my problem.

I went in to finish opening up my business account. There was no line, walked straight up to a teller. She helped me quickly and answered the few questions I had for her, then presented me with my new temporary debit card and that was it. I was in and out in minutes.

I opened an account back in 2017, I was young and didn’t know much about banks. I was moving out of the state and I didn’t have enough time to go in and close my account. So I left my bank account with a positive balance, a little under $10 and figured that if I left it alone and stopped using it they would close it after a year or so. Turns out that’s not the case, even though I wasn’t using the account they charged me all kinds of fees, overdraft fees since they charged my account to “force close” it which is $60 and all these fees have added up to a little over $200. I was unaware of all of this, I never got anything in the mail about what was going on, even after I moved back to my California address a year later. The only reason I found this out was because I went to go open an account this year and they said I couldn’t and told me to call the checks systems, I did and they told me I had a charge off from Us bank. I had no idea but once I found out I took care of it, I called the recovery line and figured out what happened. And I was told that most of the money I owed was fees and they “can’t do anything about it”. So I decided to just pay it, get it over with so I could open an account somewhere else. They said the only way I could pay was over the phone with an account number and routing number, they couldn’t use a debit card transaction which I thought was weird so being I didn’t have a bank account my grandmother said I could use hers and so I put the money in her account and they took the information and gave me a confirmation code. Keep in mind the whole amount owed was $202.38 exactly. The day goes by and the next morning I get calls and texts from my grandmother freaking out because her account is overdrawn a HUGE amount. Turns out US bank didn’t take $202.38, which is all that was owed, they took $20,238 leaving her account over drawn $19,000. I made a call back to us bank pretty angry but I knew it wasn’t the reps fault I was speaking to it was the one from the day before, he sent a message back to management and I waited for their call. About 30 minutes later I get a call from Ms. Kelly Walker and she told me she was going to take care of it and she doesn’t know how the system messed it up, so she was claiming it was a system error, but I know it was a lazy careless act of a representative who wasn’t watching what he was doing. Luckily Ms. Kelly walker talked to my grandmother and took care of it. Ms. Kelly Walker told my grandmother to call her back tomorrow (today) once the hold is off and we’ll go from there about processing my payment again, well today is here and my grandmother called her and hasn’t heard anything back so at this point I’m just angry because this should have never happened in the first place. And now I want all my charges and fees taken back and wiped off the system and my account charge off at $0 owed. Not only have I not used that account in years, I left it a positive balance, never received notice about this and then once I found out I tried to pay it and they over draw the account $19,000 because of a lazy worker. He even went over they payment and said “$202.38” multiple times not “$20,238” that’s a HUGE difference. The second guy I talked to once I found this out said he’s worked there for over 13 years and had never seen anything like this before. This is just ridiculous and I’m angry and want it resolved and yes, I will be going to Yelp as well to leave this review until this is taken care of.

Worst experience of customer service I have ever had. I went in to this branch on my lunch hour. No one greeted me, but I knew to open a new account I had to go to the desks not the window. There was one person at the desks and they were helping a couple. I sat down in the seating area and waited. After 10 mins or so the woman had the couple sit in the chairs while she went to help another couple with a safety deposit box. At no point did she acknowledge my presence...not even eye contact. She then took the new couple back to her desk. Another employee came from the back and immediately went up to the first couple and asked them to come to their desk. Again no acknowledgement of my presence or eye contact. At this point I had wasted 45 minutes of my lunch hour so I got up and left. I guess they weren't interested in me opening a new account with them.

Gerald is very helpful and provides excellent customer service. He was very polite while answering the several questions I had while he was trying to close out. I would NEVER go to another U.S Bank because of his outstanding customer service (specifically the location on seventh st) . Because of him and his associates I actually have hope in this bank! This branch is great! Thank you for your service!
