Um.................. very professional and rude I waited an hour to open an account and the whole time I waited no one not ONE acknowledged me or said we'll be right with you or asked if I had been helped this was very disappointing, but on a lighter note the rude employee who is pregnant is moving out of state today as she was telling another customer who joyfully chatted about her departure. I hope the other branches are not like this or I'll have to find another financial institution I understand being busy which it wasn't it was only 2 of us in the lobby , however acknowledging your potential customer helps.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL of one of the employees named "JUANITA" such a Miserable person working in that bank. She made an absurd comment in my family member face out loud. Just because one family member was going to deposit quarters and they were already in the coin wrappers ready to go JUANITA was very mad about the quarters like its literally a BANK it's always an really unpleasant visit when we visit this bank in Victorville with Juanita.

Do not come to this bank. The tellers are lazy, especially the one with the red hair. They do not want to give you a cash advance, I guess it is too much work and extra steps so they tell you the machine is not working and they refer you to the ATM outside. Problem is you can only get so much money from an ATM and half the time they are not working. This place will close down soon from the looks of things.

Seems like a bunch of people who don't really like their jobs. High employee turnover so there are never the same people working the counters. No smiles, won't go out of their way to help, cares very little about the clients issue(s). Surprisingly, the branch in Adelanto is better.

Horrible in branch customer service. I've been with them 18 years and they could care less about that. Had one incident on my account and they closed it and don't care to hear to any explanation. Branch manager wouldn't even talk to me.

The people who answer the phone at this branch are RUDE, specifically Johan .. when you ask to many questions they just refer you to customer service.. the fact she didn’t even ask for any account info was sign I knew she didn’t wanna help

This branch is bias… the only branch that doesn’t allow for me to withdraw a cash advance from my Amex card which can also be used with a pinNothing but Hispanics in there working so why would they even try to help a person of different nationalityI get a cash advance every year from U.S Bank and have NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE… but because I presented a out of state ID they just refused to help me in any way??THEY DONT EVEN GREET YOU WALKING INSIDE THE BANK, BUT GREETED THE HISPANIC LADY THAT WALKED IN AFTER ME!! Poor customer service!!!!!!!!!

I had a account going on a year with this branch. Never had any overdrafts, negative balances, bounced check, nothing. I lost my wallet the other day and called into the customer service to let them know I lost it and my cards were in my wallet (Cards plural because I had two accounts with them. A business account and a personal) The customer service lady told me it's no problem, she'll cancel the cards for me and I can go into the branch to get temporary replacement cards until I receive my official ones. The next day when I went to the bank I found out that they canceled one of my accounts, put a freeze on my other account and would be canceling that one also. They also said I would have no access to my money until they fully cancel my accounts and send out a cashiers check which can take up to 30 days. They also told me that I can no longer bank with them and they have the right to not tell me why and they are going to do that. Keep in mind I run a legitimate business that's registered with the state and never had a fraudulent charge on my account. They caused me to have to shut down my business for going on two weeks so far because I don't have access to my money. This is a horrible way to run a business/bank and this branch should be shut down or whoever is responsible for closing accounts should be fired.

What is wrong with US Banks and their management or lack thereof??? I just had a problem with the Adelanto branch, and now my partner has another. Apparently the ATM was down. The card was inserted and then swallowed by the machine. After going into the branch, was told nobody could retrieve the card because "Jerry" was not there. WTH? There is absolutely no IMMMEDIATE access whatsoever to higher management when a problem arises at these branches. I believe the employees know this and are emboldened to be as unhelpful as possible. Now the weekend is here and no card available. There needs to be a higher authority available AT ALL TIMES when a problem arises and the "manager" or "supervisor" either does not have any real authority to solve a problem using actual critical thinking OR is not even on site.

I just recently found this location. It's not the best but it's not the worst. There is always trash all over the parking lot. There is 2 atms located outside next to the entrance for 24 hour use. Masks are required to enter. Social distancing is inforced & there is also a limit of how many people that can be in there at a time. Some of the staff is very nice. The security guard today was so sweet & friendly. The teller that helped me today was very nice. The one my husband got was rude. They have decent hours which helps out since a lot of banks have been closing earlier than usual , some don't even open on Saturday's anymore. Over all usually pretty good experiences. Just a few pros & cons like anything else
