Absolutely useless facility. Rude customer service. I paid UPS for “next day air” on an important package needed before leaving the state. UPS of course, “delayed flight”, putting delivery on my travel day. I called the facility and requested it to be held for pick up. Of course, even though the tracking says “processing at facility”, they tell me I can’t pick it up until eight o’clock at night, long after I’ve left the state. Called the facility asking for some assistance and all their “customer service” representative did was read from a script and refused any requests for assistance and said they will be sending my package back to the sender because no one is home to receive it. UPS is as bad as FedEx. Just avoid them all, waste of money time, and energy.

Bad customer service!!! Drivers always deliver to wrong address and beside I get a call to pick up my package and telling there just gonna give me 3 days business besides when I go for my package there this big man with glasses rude as hell and not helpful he was just sitting down in the office taking his time like come on he’s not getting pay just to sit there he was rude , honestly I had had service here

I got SCAMMED by UPS. I paid for packaging online. Measured and weighed my package and entered the info. 3lbs 8 oz. Paid $10. Then a week later I get a notification that they decided to charge me 20$ instead because they said my package was 4 lbs. I know how to weigh a package, and obviously my scale is accurate and yours isnt, because I use professional equipment and ship hundreds of packages. I use multiple mail carriers. UPS is the only one who wants to lie about my package weight or dimensions and then double the shipping costs. Fraud and a scam. I have reported UPS and have learned there is a pending class action lawsuit against them for pulling this scam. I want my money back. NOT HAPPY. Don't lie and steal my money. I will find out, and I did, and you are in a bunch of trouble for this.

trying to reach the building to speak to someone that can help me with my application. i had a problem with my I9 information which led me to spend 2 hours on the phone with the UPS support team and after being transferred numerous times just decided to leave the incorrect information and just get my orientation day and then speak to someone that day and resolve the issue, but since i was stuck with that all slots were tooken and ive requested more available time slots. i wish i could just re apply or speak to an actually member of HR for help. if anybody or a building representative can please help me in this situation id appreciate it.

If I had the option to give this place a rating of -1…I would. I was expecting a package today, but for some reason…I was notified by UPS that “I” requested for a customer pickup!??? I have never requested that & I have never had issues where the driver or the facility is refusing to drop off my package at my residency!? So now I’m wondering as to why they are messing with my account delivery options?? The supervisor is no help either..they rather side with their delivery drivers since they “union” so they can get away with all these things the reviews seem to be revealing. Ridiculous.

UPS FACILITY MISDRECTED MY PACKAGE: Ordered an item from Costco on 8/25/23 and it was arrived at the Victorville UPS Facility on Saturday,8/26/23. It then was in "Limbo" (was sent by UPS Shure Post) for three days showing it had a USPS Tracking Number. (As of today 8/30/23, the Post Office is still showing it is awaiting shipment from UPS Shure Post) Today 8/30/23 I find that my package is now in Portland, Oregon which is One Thousand Miles from Victorville, CA. and the "estimated" delivery date is now 9/7/23: Went to the Victorville Office service center to complain and the person at the front desk would not listen or understand the problem. They blamed the Post Office, and I kept saying that the Post Office has NEVER received it.

If was the option to put minus stars I was going to put it. I paid over $300 for next day delivery and the package is still at the UPS distribution center in Victorville. I call customer service. UPS has the worst customers service ever. They have automated customer service that stinks and the reason they using automated customer service is because UPS stinks. I do not recommend UPS to no one. By the way, when I spoke with their supervisor 2 years ago, she told me that because I have residential address they do not honor the next day delivery even if I pay for it. Why UPS gives the option for next day delivery? If they don't honor it why they are charging us two arms and two legs and do not deliver on their promise? Please stay away from UPS. Do not use UPS

This ups location stole my packet. It was dropped off at the drop box and they claim it never was there. Asked the guy in the front about it and he refused to help me until I refused to leave. He went as far as to giving me a phony number and told me to call and they would help me just to get me to leave. I was later told by another employee that the guy at the front is the person that has the code to the drop box and only he picks up the packets. I can put two and two together and my instinct is telling me that the guy in the front got my packet. I will report this. It’s weird to me that there’s no cameras pointing in that direction.

Wow. I refused delivery of a package earlier today, and then the UPS driver came back hours later, at night, after 8pm, and left the package out near the street, leaning on our chainlink fence without any warning. We thought it was on its way back to the shipper. The package was left with the smell of gas or oil all over it. Really weird.

I took one of my prepaid eBay packages in to get checked for weight and dimensions to make sure it was accurate and would not get over-charged, but the lady said "your fine, they never check them." They did end up checking it, and I ended up getting charged $150 shipping when the original estimate was $60. It was a large triangular shaped package that I believe they miss measured, which bumped it up to the next package tier price. I got ripped off a weeks worth of my family's groceries.

The people in front should be more kind to the customers, they are very rude when dealing with the customers. Like they don't like their job. If it weren't for the customers they wouldn't have a job.
