Not a "Detail Cleaning" At all, First Time Here, I asked The Vacuum Person Mario to please Vacuum the trunk it was not a lot to ask, I Had a Bad feeling, since he was Very Disrespectful, and Sorth of Aggressive towards Me , I paid for the Expensive Car wash and no need to be mistreated. Because of that, I
checked The Trunk and inside the car and it was Not Done. They got different High prices such I didn't mind, But, I had to ask For Them to Vacuum the inside again, So another Employee Helped me Nicely, and Ended up doing his job, If you Are a female and your alone Be careful Going here, I spoke to Alex The manager since the owner Hardy speaks English, First he said "Don't mind him" I was insulted by that answer, Then he heard my Statement, After that, manager made sure I Felt safe before I left. I give 4 stars because of the way management Handle the situation. They shouldn't have Such Aggressive Person providing Customer service!
My first and last time in this car wash, I asked the person who vacuums the car named Mario to please vacuum a small space in the trunk of my car, he answered me in a bad and threatening way, so I checked the car and He didn't bother to vacuum the small part that I asked for, from the trunk, Later I noticed that the car was not vacuumed well, so another employee had to do his job, Mario yelled at me that they should charge me more than the 40 dollars that I had paid, Insulting me, I do not recommend this place, they should not have Aggressive people serving the customer, I give it 4 stars only because Alex manager and another employee helped me.

Twice I took my truck to tri city car wash, Paid 40 dollars. First time I had dry dirt on right front door at the bottom, they did not clean it and had water spots on step and windows. Second time spot still there they did not vaccum or wipe off the back seat. I noticed these when I got home. I drive alot each day so had no time to take it back, I am done!

Alex is very helpful when we took my car for a paint problem that was caused by another car wash. Alex fixed it right away and was able to get the blue spot off in seconds.

Beware!!! Took my car to Tri City car wash yesterday. When I went to pick it up the guy asked where I left the key . He couldn’t find it , but said it was in the car cause it started. I looked in the console box where I left it and it wasn’t there. As we were talking about it I noticed a scratch about 6 inches long on the backdoor. I showed him and he said , it didn’t happen there. It obviously had you could see it was a new scratch. My car is only 1 year old and I don’t drive much. I definitely would have noticed this scratch. I went inside to get a manager. I wasn’t leaving without knowing where my key was and wanted him to see the scratch. The manager came out and they finally found my key said it was in the console box. I had check it myself and it wasn’t there. The manager said the scratch had not happened there. It obviously had. Beware of this place. I have used them for many years. I’m looking for a new car wash. Any recommendations? Also passenger car seat, mat and rear area were dirty when I left. I had wiped down all the seats before I got there. Couldn’t believe after paying $40, this is the job I got.

This Carwash use to be good but now they take forever to clean your car almost 2hrs for a wash. Hire more people please!!

I paid $34 plus a $3 tip. What a waste. The interior was not clean. Horrible job. I complained and basically they told me that it was my fault for not checking the car before I left.

Very slow considering the amount of workers they have. I made a mistake on the type of wash I wanted and noticed when I went to pay and the older gentleman that vacuums the vehicles out screamed at me saying well you said Diamond Wash!! That guy needs an attitude adjustment. If I hadn't had my son with me it would have got ugly. They're prices are too high for the service, I had to call the guy back before I drove off because he missed a few spots. Definitely not a $37.99 job. Won't go back there Ever!!!

HORRIBLE job!!! This was my first time going to them because my boyfriend took his jeep here and they did a GREAT job so I bought a used car and it needed a good detail and wax and I paid $160 + $20 tip for that service and the wheels are still really dirty and the inside looks like it wasn’t even wiped down. The attention to detail wasn’t there for them. Tipped $20 and I’m mad that I did because they didn’t deserve a tip at all!! Avoid going here! I could’ve done a better job myself!

First time here. Arrived early morning and watched the first two parts of the vacuum and scrubbing the car but at the end when I sat in the car, windows weren't well cleaned, he didn't even bother moving my cup to clean the cup area so it felt mediocre for that part of the wash. I can see my rims and the color of the car looks good now. Should of held the tip back for this first time and checked quality of complete service. I'm not putting the place down just giving my report in "first impression" experience, ya know.

Customer service was good, but not so much on the cleaning. I went in for a detail since I had someone throw up in my car.. and when I got home to inspect it I noticed throw up on the seat belt, side of the door, and on my window as well. So much for the "detail":/
