Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Appointment for oil change was at 9:40am, got checked in at 10:20am! They checked in row of cars, who came in after me, before they started on my lane. I've owned 10 Toyotas and was dumb enough to buy this current vehicle here! I will not buy another one from this dealer and will service this one at Crown Toyota in Ontario from now on, it's worth the drive to get better service!I've complained to many service managers, but only get that blank look and "Uh, huh" from each person. I know it's above their pay grade to make changes, but I wish the dealer manager/owner would listen to complaints.

Today we received a call from the Service Manager in regards to a couple of issues that we have had involving our 2018 Camry. He was very professional and listened intently. He stated he would resolve the issues. We feel very comfortable with what he had to say and will visit Valley Hi Toyota again in the future.

Their service department opens at 9am I was there dropping off my vehicle at that time. All it needed was an oil change and I was told because I had no appt that it would be a long time, I had no issues with that. They said should be around 3pm the latest same day, again no issue with that up to this point. I asked if they offer rides home they said not for oil changes so I took my own Uber home. 3pm came along and I started calling right before 4pm. Waited on the line several times and no one would pick up so I finally called and dialed sales instead of service and got someone right away. Frank in sales went to ask for me and called me back to tell me that Kim told him that she explained to me that it was possible it wouldn't be done today. Kim NEVER said such thing, she told me it would be a long time and probably done around 3pm, i understand that they're busy but don't lie and say you told someone there was even a possibility that it wouldn't be done the same day. I guarantee you if she would of mentioned even the slightest possibility of it not being done the same day I would have never left it and I would have took it somewhere else. I will never be returning to this place and I will be sure to pass this experience to all my friends and family up here so they are not caught in the same situation with people that lie to your face. The one star is for Frank in sales that went out of his way to help me when he could of easily transferred me to their service line like the last 3 times before.

199.00 for a 15 size tire (1)??? Are you feeling ok? Creepy corporations at its finest. After we purchase a car from you guys then turn around and want to stick your customer with more. Let's see how management responds.

Have an appointment at this dealership for service otherwise a simple oil change and tire rotation will take them all day to accomplish. It's 1:20 pm now and inspection is still in progress!!!??? 5 hours of inspection for an oil change and tire rotation as if they're replacing the engine?? Needless to say this will be my last time coming here.

I just wanted to update my review my fiancé and I are happy with valley hi Toyota, they took care of us thank you Todd and your team for taking care of us and replacing the windshield for us, I added the before and after. I would recommend the services plans, Todd went beyond for us thank you so much. They do really care about their customers. We will definitely come back for our services.

Place keeps getting worse, from service to condiments while you wait. Salesmen are rude and angry. What happened to service. Some employees look unkept and deranged. I had Charles Manson helping me in the parts department.

SERVICE CENTER DETAILS: First off: Major MAJOR shoutout to Jose Montes & Ernie. Exceptional human beings, employees, and also great at their trades. Our alternator died while on the highway. With a car filled with people of various ages and 3 pets, it was terrifying, traumatizing and emotionally exhausting. Our Lexus gets towed here and ALL employees upon our arrival (there were 5 but I didn't catch the other 3 names) welcomed us warmly and took care of us. We had to stay overnight in the area and Jose personally found us a hotel (as he knew the area); so we were at a safe hotel. Ernie brought us food for our pets. Jose lent us a phone charger. And they gave us a box to use for our cat's litter. Jose also got us to and from the hotel. In a terrifying experience, everything that could go right, went RIGHT. And Jose and Ernie made sure of this. Two absolutely magnificent people. My mom had a hospital visit recently; so we were extra nervous about this car incident and couldn't do our usual things with physical agility and ease. The extra mileS that Jose went, (and Ernie too), went a lot further than either of them will ever know. Great karma is coming both of their ways. CAR DETAILS: We cannot say enough GOOD things about these two, the work on our car they did, and this Service Center. They replaced our alternator, battery and belt. Our car is running much better all around and we all feel a smoother drive now. Also we know we're safe now. The mechanic that worked on our car did an EXCELLENT job (wish I got his name). He had 3 cars ahead of us and his work was detailed, precise and thorough.

Bad service I had called a couple of days before to see information regarding taking my rav4 hyrbrid to get new brakes for front and back. One the price was pretty high but because I had never done brake maintenance on a new vehicle I thought it was the usual cost. So I called Friday to see if there was any openings for the next day Saturday. I know if I would of just asked to do a oil change they would of schedule me till the following day but because the brakes change for front and back was gonna be $725+ they scheduled me the following day in the morning. I showed up to my appt and when I got towards the front of the line the advisor who scheduled me the appt assisted me. I have a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid so I have a keyless key. Once I was told I could get off the vehicle I turned it off and left the car key in the cup holder between both front seats. I got an UBER by the dealer and got taken home. 1hr 1/2 later I got called by the advisor that if by any chance I had taken the key with me and I said no and I said so they haven't moved my car at all from where I left it. She mentioned to me that sometimes customers leave their vehicles on and it could be moved without the key but once's is off the vehicle can't get turned on. But I mentioned to her that I turned off my vehicle before I stepped out of it. So she told me she was gonna keep looking. Another 2 hrs passed by and I received another text that she was looking everywhere and they couldn't locate my car keys. My main thing that came to my mind that they hadn't worked at my vehicle at all I asked and she said that no they haven't work on the vehicle. She also mentioned to me that she had order me a new key that was gonna arrive on Tuesday. So I went back to the dealer and canceled the work that was gonna be done to my vehicle. Luckily my wife had the extra key for it so I can picked it up. My vehicle was in the dealer from 7:40am - 11:20am and nothing was done on it . This was Saturday morning, Tuesday came and no call or anything from the dealer. The next day on Wednesday I get a message from the advisor that when she walked in to her desk my key that was lost was there. I don't know what happened but if they order me a key why I was never called on Tuesday when it was suppose to come in. 1 of few bad experience I had at Valley Hi Toyota.

I'm not one to write reviews but the service I received was terrible. On October 17 I took my Toyota Tacoma 2022 because it was overheating. The next day they told me that it was the water pump and that they had to change the pump. They gave it back to me on October 20, up to that point the service was fine. On November 9th my truck began overheating again, I took it to them once again and that same day they gave it back to me saying everything was resolved. That they had put half a gallon of coolant, and they test drived it and everything was fine. That same day when they gave it back to me I opened the hood to check if they had cleaned it, because I had given it to them when the entire engine was covered in coolant, and it was still dirty, it had the dirty handprints of the mechanics and with brand new coolant as well as the old one covering the engine. The next day on November 10 I took it back to them and since then, they have not given me any new information regarding the problem with my truck, instead I have had to call multiple times without any answer and when they do answer they transfer me to different departments and hang up once again. I have also gone in person to ask for any information and Priscilla ( the person in charge with the case about my truck) and one of the mechanics told me that it was an air bubble that made half a gallon of coolant leak. The last thing she told me was that I had to leave it for the mechanics to inspect and it has been there since then. And I have still not gotten any new information about my truck unless I go in person and now they tell me that it is a gasket and they have been waiting for a replacement for over 3 weeks without even informing me themselves. This is just a fraction of what actually happened and I would have to make this even longer to include everything that has happened.

I was here at Toyota Victorville for an oil change. I was a walk-in and I was informed I should have my car back by end of day. Well, I couldn't wait here all day for them. The lady who helped me get my ticket in called Lyft service for me. Wow... I didn't know they offered drop off and pick up services... very nice! Thank you so much Katie! All staff members from valet to associate team member to cashier were all very friendly and pleasant and very helpful throughout my visit. Also I checked into Yelp and Toyota offered a complimentary gift for the check-in... I got 2 free tickets to Knotts (subject to change)... what a gift! Thank you so much Toyota! I ended up getting my car back sooner than end of day. For pick up, they called Uber for me. Just all around wonderful service from my car drop off to car pick up. Thank you again Toyota for the above and beyond service. I'll be back for more tender loving care!

I've been looking to buy a new Tacoma, and called several dealerships to get a feel for pricing. The consensus from the two or three that I called was about 2000 over sticker. Valleyhigh Toyota offered what I thought was the best deal. I've been purchasing cars from Toyota fleet dealers for about 30 years. My ordeal at Valley high was horrific. Kept pushing extended warranty, and jacked up the price because of alarm system, tinted windows, etc. etc. all things that should've been included in my original quoted price. This is an old ploy from non reputable car dealerships. And that's exactly what Valleyhigh is.

I'm writing this review as I have been waiting for 3 hours for my car. That is not the issue. The issue is, I got a message asking to approve charges of $87 for services that were supposed to be provided through my Toyotacare premium plan that I purchased. I walked over to the service desk and asked Priscilla ( whom I, unfortunately got assigned to) why I was getting charged. She had an attitude throughout our whole minute conversation. She was speaking to me like I was stupid saying "I haven't even done your paperwork." Now, I know that doesn't sound bad in writing, but her whole attitude was very off-putting, like I was inconveniencing her by asking a simple question. It was a very "leave me alone" upfront vibe. If you hate your job Priscilla, you need a different line of work. If I get assigned to her again, I will decline it, as I would advise anyone to do. Also, when I arrived, she was too busy to check us in, so a different lady did, and she was very nice and pleasant. I literally manage in customer service, and people like Priscilla are the sole reason businesses get bad reviews and I would have no qualms about getting rid of her to find someone pleasant to replace her, although it wouldn't be hard.

I've owned throughout the past 15 yrs a variety of Toyota models cars and have always brought my car for service here. From day 1 I was assigned to Priscilla as my service advisor and since then I wouldn't change her for anything in the world. I'm sure all advisors there are good but I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is very kind and knowledgeable as to what and when your car needs, any routine or repair maintenance she's got your back. She has always helped out to schedule our appointments for services and even helped out on parts ordered when needed. Now that my son has grown and drives now he also bought a Toyota and goes through her for his scheduling of his vehicle maintenance too. If your looking for a professional and highly knowledgeable, and best of all friendly advisor I would highly recommend Priscilla. She's the best. As long as I drive TOYOTA she'll be the one to go too.
