THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICING IN TOWN!! I went to three furniture stores before I found TFS! Remember going into furniture stores and given very thick catalogs of furnitures to choose from. The hassle of navigating through the store and the stress of picking one out from those catalogs on the spot so that you can put in an order? If you want to avoid that experience, you should check out The Furniture Store's website. They put almost all items from those catalogs on their site with many pictures, descriptions, and dimensions. Moreover, I am very impressed with the pricing at this store. It was at least $200 cheaper than other furniture outlets, and a lot cheaper than other furniture stores. It is a bonus that they always pick up the phone very quick when you call, and you are likely to get to talk to the same person every time you call. I would always check out their website for my furniture needs in the future.

I came here for a bed and was wonderfully surprised by the selection, quality and the price! I ordered from their catalog and my bed arrived quickly. The customer service was top tier as well! When I emailed with questions about my order they responded immediately and were so helpful. 10/10 will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back in the future!

Today, my Contempo Sofa,in Bark, was delivered and it’s perfect!! Ordered Nov.11th and home today ! The quality is as expected from The Furniture Store as I purchased, a solid wood sleigh bed, full size dresser and 2 nightstands, at least 15 years ago and it’s strong as ever!! Thank you owners Chris and his lovely wife for the patience and attention you show your customers ?

Great customer service and pricing. The owner was very patient and explained everything I needed to know about the credit program and even got approved!!!! We made our purchase and definitely will be coming back I highly recommend this place!!

My husband and I are extremely happy we found this place! Supper affordable, excellent service, and awesome quality! Our sectionals were made in less than a week and were delivered immediately!! Absolutely recommend this place!

Bought several dressers from this place a while back. People are nice, but their products are very cheaply made, not one bit quality. The screws on the inside of the drawers were put on as if they didn't know what they were doing. The drawer handles are not straight (crooked), and the extenders I paid extra for so that the drawers slide out completely, stopped working after a few months. Drawers slide open by themselves and won't stay closed. They pay no attention to basic details on their finished product. Also, when the dressers were delivered, they were not what I ordered, so I had to wait longer to receive what I actually ordered. They are less expensive than other places for a reason. You get what you pay for.

You offered to return it? You failed to mention that you wanted ME- the customer to drive over an hour to bring a heavy dresser back to the store. THEN said you can swap out the drawers for better ones but I was going to have to pay for redelivery. ALL options you gave me resulted in ME - THE CUSTOMER forking out more money to pay for your sloppy work. Nope! I'm have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this store. I recently moved and hour away and STILL continued using them for my furniture for the new house. This dresser came so sloppy and half a$$ and when I brought it to their attention they wanted me to pay more money to have a new one delivered. Guess I'll be looking for a new furniture place.

Not knowing where to start needing to fully funish my house. The employees at The Funiture store had helped me gave ideas and got me exactly what I was looking for. Very time considerate and very help full to load up the truck I am greatly that I went to The Funiture Store in Victorville. Ooh I forgot to mention custom made Funiture made with care.

Bought a beautiful table for a good price and paid delivery fee 60 bucks I was under the impression that putting the table together was included and the guy never told me that wasn’t included now I’m stuck with a table in a box ……. Called the place and told them they said the delivery guy is not offering to assemble furniture
