I signed up for a 21 day challenge seemed like a good deal $77 for a personalized meal plan and weekly check-ins including weigh ins. The first day I went in the lady at the front gave me a generalized meal plan and a guide for the challenge. I had to ask to be weighed. Classes were ok. Kinda felt lost with no direction on the workouts. They only show you one time. I really felt no support or that there was even a challenge in place as your pretty much on your own. I asked the lady if there is anything more to the challenge and she said the app they have can be used but they really just answer questions. She specifically said they don't force you to do anything and I said I am not asking to be forced just some kind of accountability or something. She said yea we do do that. I then asked if I can have a personalized meal plan since they gave me a generalized one and her response was that she doesn't do those. That but the guy that works there can. So I ask him and he gives a smirk then looks at the lady and says um yea I can do one the next day. After that I was done, never went back. Very unprofessional and I had an unpleasant experience. I've done better challenges then this one. No motivation whatsoever. They don't care just want the money. I will never go back or recommend. Waste of money..

I signed up for this location they took my money and they don't answer their phone and I went to the location it's either out of business or they moved bottom line they stole my money. This is so unprofessional.

Good atmosphere, all the trainers are very professional and they make sure you don't get hurt. Everyone is very friendly. The gym is always clean. I love it!

My sister invited me to join her on her Saturday morning workout. I really didn't feel like working out but I still went.Trainer: The trainer was very encouraging and helpful throughout the workout. I really liked how it's circuit training. You workout at different stations. I'm happy because I get bored easily and this workout was far from boring!Atmosphere:They have pretty good music so it keeps you motivated as well. And seeing everyone one else working out also helps!Workout:It's circuit training and you go to different stations to workout a different part of your body. I'm guessing that day was an all body workout. I can tell you that by the end of the workout I was exhausted but happy I did it!! The next day I was sore all over! They definitely worked me out, which is good because I felt that I got an amazing workout! My fat cells and muscles were crying! lolNext time I'm back in the neighborhood I will come back and get another killer workout! If you're looking for a place to get your heart pumping, come here! You won't be disappointed!

Completed my second 6 week challenge and it's one of the hardest things I've ever done. It was very strenuous and hard on my body. I enjoy going and doing the workouts. Everyone was very supportive and helpful through the process. I struggled to lose the weight I needed to. My first challenge the weight came of fairly quick but rolling over into the second challenge was a different experience. I used the emergency instructions and I thought I was going to die. On Monday morning I hit my goal and I was so relieved. I'm going to take a break then come back.

They steel your money!! I hate bad reviews but seems like this was a a bit unfair! Before I joined the 3 week challenge I called to confirm there was a 4am class because that is the only time I can make it.( I am a mother of 3, a part time real estate agent and a homeschool teacher to my 5 year old kindergartener, so literally 4am is the only time i can make it) So that was confirmed and so I joined. In the middle of the challenge i gave a 200$ payment towards a 3 month membership. Suddenly less people started to show up to the 4 am class. At the end of week 2 (Saturday,) the trainer let's me know that there won't be a 4am class starting Monday "or so he heard" . So then I ask the owner about it and they say its true that they don't know exactly when or of they'll ever open 4am classes again. (This is still one week before my challenge is over). So I stayed calm and just let it be, because ,come on now, with Covid and all I understand we are all going through rough times. However, I don't believe they feel the same way. Tuesday I call and the owner answers , I ask if I can get my money back, he says "not all because you did complete 2 weeks out of your challenge", which I totally understand. But the 200$ payment i had given for a 3 month membership should be fully refunded right? He then tells me "you would have to speak to the front desk clerk about that". So then I talk to her . She tells me she'll talk it over with the the owner. ??She request for me to wait a few days for their response. I reach back to her and she says " we cannot give you your money back because your 5 day cancelation period has passed" What I don't like is that if they just would have given some type of notice that they were going to cancel 4 am or even thinking about it, then I would have never gotten a membership. Communication is key to any scenario its best to just be honest in all things you do.
