If you want to do paid work experience, I wouldn't recommend working at this Staples, especially if you're quiet or an introvert. In my experience, I was really uncomfortable. Most of the employees and managers weren't welcoming, so I was closed off immediately. They didn't acknowledge me much and seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. The manager Kat was irritated by me because of a situation that was out of my control and the majority of the time, I had to figure out what to do around the store in order to make myself useful. The staff hardly told me what to do. I had to ask. Again, I wouldn't try Staples.

So, I walk-in this place requesting help to fax a document using their PRINT ME service and was helped by the manager and an associate who were both very friendly, professional and courteous.Thank You!

Poor service in the printing area. I had surgery on my eyes and can't read the computer and they want me to do the self serve. After I waited in line for 15min to have them print them! They needed help no manager to be seen. I will find somewhere else to print my stuff and buy office supplies e

I had to return a pair of loafers that I bought from Amazon. Staples was one of the options to accept Amazon returns for free without the need for me to package the item or do anything else... just bring it to Staples. Hence, I am here. I arrived around 7:00 PM with my loafers in a box. Lady behind the counter scanned my QR code and the item. She printed my receipt plus $10 off any $30 purchase. It was quick and easy. Of course I couldn't pass up on the discount offer. So I walked around the store to see if there was anything I need. I saw some food containers that would have come in handy. However, they ran out of the lower cost ones and I didn't want to spend double to get less containers. I ended up buying a wall charger, a car charger, a Takeya 64 oz water bottle, and some sandwich zip lock bags. I didn't leave the store until 5 minutes till closing time. Yes, it took me a while to choose my items LOL. Staff was pleasant and patient. Store was clean and organized. However, there were a few aisles that were out of stock on things. The discounted or sale items were scattered a little bit. Anyway, I will definitely reuse Staples for Amazon returns in the future. Thank you!

Don't bother having them cut sentimental orders.Also incorrect document was printed after I had sent and confirmed a revised copy of my document. Levi was absolutely helpful in helping take care of this on the spot and resolved my problem quickly. I did end up cutting my prints myself because I did not trust them being cut by the machine again.

I love Staples even more now that they got rid of Office Max down the street. They have every item you would need or desire for your school or office work. Sometimes you need something in a pinch and it just won't come fast enough if you were to order online. So, having a handy Staples store nearby is essential. I've gotten in a bind before and needed tax forms instantly. Thank God there was a Staples just around the corner where I could pick up the exact tax forms I needed.

First time coming to this Staples location. I walked in looking for help and three ladies by the checkout area stood there chatting amongst themselves, goofing around. I walk over to the print shop, a worker by the name of Marissa or Marisa is there standing fidgeting with a computer and doesn't even acknowledge me as I stood there in line. Not a simple "Hello" or "Hi, I'll be with you in a second". I had to say hello first and I explained to her what I needed help with. The whole time I'm waiting, it's like I don't matter. She helps another lady first who was having some problem with a printer. Again, back to waiting. Keep in mind I am the only one in line, there is no one else, but me. She finally got to me after waiting what seemed forever. The employees who were there that Tuesday morning were extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. They need more customer service training. I've worked in retail before and never have I behaved this way of not acknowledging customers and ignoring them. Last time coming here that is for sure! The ladies working there only care to get a paycheck. They need to hire people who are friendly, professional, have good work ethic and knowledgeable with the products. Initially I thought maybe it was just a bad day to come in, but reading other people's reviews only cements how unprofessional the employees really are.

0 stars! Never go here for printing services. I paid for SAME DAY PICK UP. I walked in at 1030am to get business cards and a poster done. I asked how soon will it be done and the girl said no later than 7:30pm that day. My receipt even says a 7:30pm stamp. I call around 6pm to get an update and some girl named Liz said it will be ready by tomorrow. I mentioned that I need the poster for a baby shower down the hill and I'll be leaving at 6am, so it won't work for me. They said I should have paid for express but for a SAME DAY service request?! That's ridiculous!!! How can staples offer same day when it's not even guaranteed?? I wasn't even warned about this potential delay when I paid. This needs to be said at checkout to every customer for any type of print job. I asked for the girls first and last name and said she will not give me her last name GIGGLING at my frustration?! (Review the call, corporate, to see that I'm not exaggerating) She knew I was super frustrated but to giggle on top of that??? She also said if I call corporate that they will know who Liz the cashier is. Y'all need some real training on customer service. You never giggle when a customer is mad. And to take it personal for when a customer is upset?? I didn't even call you names or say anything offensive?? Y'all are supposed to sympathize and be understanding. Make the customer feel heard and understood, even if you disagree otherwise. I get when customers offend you but other than that, no reason to giggle on someone's frustration. That's terrible.... And this is coming from someone who's done extensive customer service training. The days of decent customer service are long gone... SMDH What makes me most upset is the SAME DAY service, which is complete false marketing/advertisement. This is a huge disappointment. ----- Update: I ordered from another location and said it will be ready no problem. Will report back! Latest update: the staples in LA said I would only pay express if I need it in those few hours, not same day! Same day service is supposed to be ready on the same day. SMH

Terrible service from the manager. I wanted to buy a hard drive that was labeled very cheap from the clearance section and she “went to the back to check” not even 1 minute later I’m told that there is no more available. She didn’t even make an effort to look. The cashier offered me another hard drive and I said yes to that one. The cashier asks over the walkie-talkie to the manager who’s “in the back” if she could check it and the manager never replied. I ended up leaving empty handed. Cashier was very nice, management not so much.

Terrible customer service Taylor was very rude. She would not let me talk and would talk very fast so I couldn't understand her. I was asking for a staple card so that I could put money in it to make some copies and she kept saying the email is on the desk but I was not asking for tht . So again I asked for the card and without saying anything she takes it out and asked sis how much , I couldn't believe her attitude wit said nothing show then took she money didn't say anything and just had this rude look. Definitely a bad experience. If you don't like your job or customer service don't take it out on people

You go in there and the workers are very unprofessional and talking loudly about other coworkers while I'm standing there not being helped. One of the young ladies was bragging about how she asked one of the managers /supervisors how nice it must be to sit in an air conditioned office and not have to work. I figure with that attitude you won't know what it's like to be in an air conditioned office if you can't even get tend to your business, which is the customer's on the floor.
