Extremely SLOW employees BAD customer service , please please PLEASE go and look into the way this store operates. There's ZERO help and they need to streamline so many of their operations for consumers. You check in and just know you'll have to wait 2-3 hours to get an employees help. I waited today for 2 hours did not get my router. Manager Rolando was out in the store he did not care that so many people were upset waiting he even laughed telling us "just check in and wait" HOW is that okay? If anything a manager should go out and help whoever is next aren't they TRAINED?

Theres a young hispanic man with curly short hair working here that was extremely useless as far as customer service skills this guy was a pathetic clown if you haye your job that much quit. Such a clown of a rep avoid this location at all costs. Useless representative. I wish i could rate no stars avoid a clown name Ivan

I gave a higher rating for this location because of the service. The wait is long for sure, but once your turn is up, you're not rushed. They are worth the wait and they don't mind taking time for things you may not understand. Especially for seniors and elderly. These services can be difficult to adapt to. I'm sure they will figure out a more efficient way of handling the wait times, but in the meantime I believe they have more to offer than the satellite companies that are quick to hold you hostage to a 24 month contract. With spectrum there are no contracts and when service charges go up as with any media company, they are approachable and negotiable. I've had spectrum mobile for a year now and I have just as good a service as I did with Verizon. The XUMO device was easy enough for my mother to adapt to and it's only $5 a month. I'm impressed with their associates and their patient, knowledgeable service

I'm a disgusted with this cable company!!!!! I called to cancel my service on January 15 2024 oh no I couldn't because it was too early!!! They suggested for me to call on the 26 of January, which I did, but they still charged me another month, Sneaky company with their charges!!!! They are thieves that's the right word!!! To describe them ! I will never use them again as long as I live!!!! So I have a Charge again!!!!! Oh we never got a cancellation, the operator said!!!!!! you mean who i spoke to never canceled? Fire him Cuz he doesn't know how to do his job!! I HATE Spectrum!!!!

this place is unbelievable! Been waiting for an hr and 25 minutes and there is still 24 names ahead of me with only two people to help! Then a lady comes out and one of the guys leaves to what I am assuming is lunch, because he was gone for like 30 minutes. no sense of urgency and elders waiting for over an hour! management needs to better schedule and train employees.

The person helping us told us we had to call to have another person's account canceled before we could start our acct in our new apt. That's not appropriate and he should have called to cancel. Not good customer service even when his coworker said to him he should've called to do it.

It's always packed and the staff seems to have no cares to speed it up to help the numerous people waiting , I've seen them carelessly on their phones and even joke about how you'll be waiting for 8hrs

Had to wait 1.5 hours to exchange a modem. They should check with us as soon as we check in to find out what our business is to speed service we had to wait too long for a 5 minute transaction. Unacceptable

WOW!! Where do I even start? This was by far the longest wait time I have ever endured. 1&1/2 hours of sitting and waiting to be called up for service. I needed to add my son to my wireless bill and pay my internet bill. All I was able to do was pay my bill. They do not accept cash payments for phone service! Maybe they should display this some where so when customers walk in they can take that into consideration before wasting so much time because they do not tell you this vital information to begin with. The customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this business to anyone. 2 thumbs down!!

If can avoid this office do there are 5 stations for service most of the time only 2 were open and I sat in the office 21/2 hours to exchange a cable box never enough workers only reason I came is I needed to do this today

They have a lady standing and greeting people and after a representative finishes a transaction she will go up to them and ask for the dollar amount. I just think sales should be discussed before or after business hours. They should have a separate line for equipment exchanges only. This is just me but if I know it's just an exchange I'll take the initiative to make that happen. Happy customers will give you more stars. I see why spectrum store locations have low ratings, but I must say that spectrum's customer service over the phone is GREAT!!! Management if you're reading this take in consideration in having a separate line for equipment exchanges only. In which it alternates with the other inquiries. Came back to add a thought... maybe the person greeting can be trained in doing exchanges only on equipment. Since they are limited on what they're skilled on. I witnessed two customers walk out after waiting 40 or so minutes with equipment that they wanted to exchange. I've been waiting for one hour and counting. Just to return a router.
