I just left the store five minutes ago and I’m almost ready to cancel my service extra slow. Customer service the women there take so long. I had to wait for this lady to clock out so she could help me off of the clock. They finally had the Apple Watch I went to purchase, and somehow they cannot sell it to me in store to be mailed out to me for A product she has in her hands the dumbest stuff I’ve ever heard in my life. I will cancel my service and go to someone else. I will never recommend anyone going to the spectrum store unless they want to have a headache and be stressed out

Walked into this Spectrum Store and had a terrible experience with Stacie, the customer service representative. She was extremely rude, and when we asked for a manager, she claimed there wasn't one available. She refused to provide the manager's name or any information about when one would be available. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it seems like the company needs serious restructuring.

This is the most horrible place.. instantly I walked in and I see the manager joking around with another employee not doing anything.. meanwhile the whole store is filled with customers.. I asked to just drop off my modem to them.. that they specially asked for.. he tells me it’s an hour at least wait time.. I look around and am like you’re serious??? So I just walked out.. so ridiculous and no wonder why their rating is so low

The worst customer experience I have had in decades. I paid by bill by check to a young lady and she said she would be glad to post it when she got a moment. The other individual, a man, said that Spectrum doesn't check payments anymore and told the lady to give me back my check. I challenged him He said OK, you can pay, adding with a glare that the wait time to see a rep would be an hour or longer.

I’ve been trying to get help from spectrum as a whole on and off for about a month and a half. I can’t get them to come out to bury our internet cable. It’s been damaged by wild life multiple times! Something damaged it last night and no one can come to fix it for 4 days. This has been a common trend. I’m paying for internet that constantly is giving me trouble and or doesn’t exist. PLEASE COME BURY THIS CABLE AND FINISH THE JOB I PAID FOR! This is truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a utility company. All I want is internet that works. This reflects the company as a whole not just this location.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They sent me a broken phone. I asked how to send it back and they said I should receive a package in the mail in a couple days. I did NOT receive anything. They ended up taking hundreds of dollars out of my account! I called and asked why and they said because I didn't send the broken phone back fast enough. I told them im still waiting on them to send something in the mail and they didn't even tell me I had a certain amount of time to do so! They completely misinformed me MANY TIMES and then punished me stealing hundreds of dollars from me FOR A BROKEN PHONE THEY SENT ME IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!

The Manger is a deutch, he wanted me to wait 2 hours to return one item he stupid. Said he was low in staff and blamed it on corporate. Bad management if you ask me.

Horrible customer service horrible company! They don't care about their customers! The business reps will tell you they will give you a free installation not get you to sign up! I canceled this horrible service before my month is up! And they are trying to charge me a services ce fee there's absolutely no where to make a complaint on the phone! All the phone reps are just like robots trained to tell you the same spill everytime! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! Please don't use this company they will say one thing and do the complete opposite! The employees are the worst! I guess I would be too if I had nothing but grumpy unsatisfied customers!
