I have shop this place many times and never had problems until today. I took my daughters to get shoes it was a few people in there and only 2 people helping at the store so the waiting line was long, wich I understand so when I finally got help they took the shoes to back to find the size one pair was a size 5 and I said I will take these and the other pair I need it in size 6.5 so went back took a lot of time but she came back and said I have the sandals but not the other ones. So I said ok I will take the sandals and this other shoes she already tried and just need her to go back and get the other one to pay and leave she said you need to wait I need to get the people behind you keep in mind I already wait a long time so I said ok. Then they help all these other people and I have to go back to the end of the line again. When finally it was my turn again she said what size you want ? I said I told you those are the last pair I need those I have been waiting all this time and you guys don't care. So her and the other person roll their eyes oh well you need to wait when back got the shoes and literally throw them in the table, I look at the person in the register and said are you the manager ? Did you see what she did and she roll her eyes at me and said yes I am, I will talk with her later. I said I'm never coming back here and she ignored me I paid and she said sorry for the waiting got to the car and told my daughter check your shoes ... they gave my daughter different shoes that were more expensive than the one we asked. So we got to go back make line again, I told them these are not the shoes so my daughter told them over there behind the counter is the shoe I want is the last pair. So finally they gave us the shoes. Went home to find out they also gave my other daughter the wrong size. I believe she did this on purpose. Went back for the second time and they were like so you don't want this, I said I want the right size. Keep in mind they said no exchange or return, but this was all their fault. They were rude, that I decided would not go there anymore, horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. They don’t greet you when you walk in and when you ask for a size the young lady there acts as if you are bothering her when it’s her JOB to do so. Wouldn’t shop here again.

Went in tonight with my mom, asked to try a couple different sizes in a boot and were treated very poorly. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my mom and we ended up not buying anything because of this.

I stumbled upon this cute little store when I was searching for a pair of sandals. It's located in the Victor Valley Mall. I was pleasantly surprised. They have really good prices and many different styles of shoes. A girl named Serena helped me. She was very helpful. I am definitely going to be shopping here again.

The shoes in the boots are affordable there they have a lot of sales and marks Downs I think that part is great. I think they could boost up the materials and what they're making issues with it would help all in all their good

I bought shoes for a homecoming dance and they were worn for almost 2 hours before the heel broke off. I've been trying to reach someone at the store for 3 days now with no luck.
