If I can give negative stars I would! How do you take shoes that have been purchased and give store credit without an option to order the correct size! Definitely horrible service.

Yesterday I stop at SP & I was extremely impressed with the entire staff. They were busy with other customers, but still asked me if I'd been helped & helped me with all my shoes questions & assistants. Thank you I will spend my money where staff is awesome.

I absolutely loved my experience at Shoe Palace today, I walked in and I was immediately greeted by a very nice young man named Xavier there was 2 girls that also were very sweet and very helpful ilse & Yasmin. Thank you so much for being amazing and for making my shopping experience with you guys a great one we found our favorite store ?

This location has raffles for no reason I have entered the past 5 raffles and haven't won a single raffle men's or grade school. The managers at this shoe palace need to be investigated because they rig the raffles every time. They backdoor every shoe release to their friends or resellers so they can get paid money on the side from them. It is very unfair to us regular consumers that want a pair for ourselves. None of the managers that work in this store should be working at any location ever.

There’s a young lady there and I want to say her name is Stephanie but I could be wrong. She was so helpful although the store didn’t have any shoes I wanted in stock she recommended alternative ones.

Only reason why I'm giving this place a 5 is because Robert (with the piercing) the associate was the only only working hard. It was impossible to get the other workers to help out. Shout out to Robert for working so hard

This store been back door shoe for the longest and it’s the same black girls that keep doing it that always do the raffles her and her friends hope they get fired for being greedy I will push this issue to corporate ?

Don't go here. They sell $200 shoes that already look partly damaged nd parts of them faded. Nd their attitude towards it is like they expect yu to be okay with it

Super ghetto, no body asked if you need help. Workers be going out back gossiping. & when you ask them for a size they forget. This is my third time here & it begins to be the same way.
Hire new ppl not kids. - thursday 19th at 4:30pm
