I went with my aunt in look for a new foundation for us both at the Sephora in Kohl's, an employee came to color match my aunt named "Lee". She didn't know how to color match and gave a completely different color than what she is. Then I color matched myself and I was shade "sand". I seen there was none left and asked the cashier which also happened to be Lee if they had maybe any others in the back, she came back and scanned it. We asked twice if that was the right one and she said yes. I got home and seen she had just gave a concealer so my aunt called and spoke to "Jessica" she explained the situation and we agreed on going back. We went back and exchanged the concealer for the right foundation, after we went to walk around where the shoes were at Kohl's and Lee found us and proceeded to walk up to us. She explained how she's always in trouble for these kinds of things and seen they were out of stock of the product I wanted so she picked up whatever was there.

After not wearing makeup regularly for years I badly needed some help getting color matched for foundation and concealer. Jessica helped me find a foundation that almost disappeared into my skin, and the concealer seems to be a good match too. She also answered a number of beauty questions that I had. I definitely received great customer service from her.

Yesterday my mother (who is 69 years old) was shopping at the Victorville Kohls, she went to pay and realized she was entering the wrong PIN number, so she told the cashier that she was typing in her pin wrong, so the cashier canceled it, she then redid it and my Mother entered the correct pin and it said "approved please remove your card" a receipt printed but they wouldn't give her the receipt or her merchandise because they claimed she didn't pay and they canceled the transaction. My mom then pulled up her bank statement and shows the manager that she did in fact pay, and the manager then accused her of trying to steal and very loudly kept telling my mom that "he wasn't giving her any merchandise and that she needs to take it up with her bank because it's her banks issue" My mom asked for a copy of the receipt stating that it was "voided" so she can take it to the bank, and this manager walked over to the trash can and dug out a wadded up receipt that says it was voided, but it was the receipt from when the cashier hit cancel when she put the wrong pin in. Anyway so my Mom asked if she could keep this receipt that he dug out of the garbage, and he laughed in her face and told her "no but I'll do you a favor and let you take a picture of it. " Even if the manger felt that they did in fact void the transaction, and didn't understand that there was a voided transaction but then she paid, but he didn't even check. He just got loud with an elderly lady assuming that she was just old and incompetent. This is not how we treat people. My mom spent her time and money shopping around this store, just to get treated like garbage and I'm not okay with that. And while all this was going on, there was another lady that said she was 86, she was sitting in a wheelchair waiting for her husband to cash out, and even said to my Mom that she hates coming to places like this because she feels as if they just take advantage of elderly people. I am furious that anyone "elderly" would get treated that way. Kohls in Victorville is trash and will be hearing from the better business department!

Woke company pushing and promoting deviency onto children. Will never shop at Kohl's again and am going to be very pleased when they shut their doors, because I used to frequent the store often and know they don't do very much business.

I visited this location for the first time recently and received superb customer service from Alexis. She helped me pick out the perfect shade of foundation for my skin tone by color matching me. I love the foundation she recommended, which she recommended based on what I told her I was looking for and taking into consideration my dry skin. Along with answering all my questions, she helped me pick out a few additional products. I appreciate the time she took to help me. She was very friendly and informative.

I used to shop at kohl's every once in awhile. But I got tired of the ugly women's clothing anything cute was way overpriced what really made me angry is that most of the men's and women's clothing are missing price tags !! I went into kohls after not shopping there for 3 years but I went because they have Saphora now . Otherwise I wouldn't go there. I took a look at the woman's clothes they're still ugly and still expensive I wouldn't mind paying their prices but the woman's clothes are not worth it. Kohls needs new buyers!

She assisted me in putting together a beautiful selection of Sephora makeup pallets to gift to my daughter in law. Thank you so much for helping on this challenging shopping day. I would actually give zero stars if I could. I stood there for 25 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Not one person ever made eye contact or offered. I finally asked someone for help and the gal said I would have to wait she had two more people. Two minutes later she simply left and took her break. I left. Awful awful service!

Waited 10 minutes at the cashier with a worker next to us before help came. Even when they asked if we needed help she went outside to do a car pickup and when she came back went straight to talk in between the isles

I don't usually shop at Kohl's very often but I do come a lot because they have a amazon return spot which is such a life saver and after you do your returns you get $5 Kohl's cash so at that point since I'm there already, I might as well do a little shopping. They always have new and super cute stuff plus they have a lot of sales. My mother in law loves shoes just as much as I do so I always come and get her some. I am very picky with jeans but I have found some of my favorite jeans here. They have easy returns and the staff is always friendly. The lines can get pretty long because they get so busy but over all it's a good location. Plus bounce, it's close to my house so I don't have to go far. It's a win win

Night manager lady. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Tried to use a coupon from them. Today being the first day the coupon was valid to be used told me it had already been used. How the hell is that when they keep it after its used. Her gruff attitude is what was upsetting and made me walk out with out anything. If you don't like your job don't do it .

We have always shopped at Kohl’s and have had great experiences. We recently went in and had to deal with Adrian the manager. Over honoring a $10 online coupon. Worst experience ever! I as well work customer service so when he said it was an online only deal I said “no problem” and ordered online for in store pick up. When we tried to give him everything for the order, he said it didn’t matter because they would have to look for the items anyways. I wasn’t trying to have him fulfill the order we just wanted him to hold on to it so they were able to locate the 1 item that was last of. When asked for a corporate phone number he gave me the wrong number. I told him it was crazy to be going through all this over $10. He than proceeded to tell me that my work place didn’t have the greatest customer service as if trying to justify his behavior in our situation. When I realized he gave me the wrong number I went back in to get the right number and ask for another manager. He went to the back and came back only to tell me she was receiving truck and that was more important than to address my issue. I was absolutely appalled at the leadership and behavior of the store. Will never ever shop there.
