Got some good prices, But the clothing racks are so packed that it's damn near impossible to slide over to the next item.

Very kind and helpful employees ? I would also like to say for those who don't know that the money made in salvation army stores goes right back to the community with shelters, housing and rehabilitation and much more....about to the lady that was offended by the difference in price of $1 should have just paid the $1 difference. I say this because it ended up costing more than $1 for the gas she had to pay to go to Ross's and pay $5.99 ? idk maybe that's just what I thought about when I read her comment.

The location in Azusa is neat and clean. The manager is helpful as is the rest of the employees. Good finds for a good price. I recommend this business if you are looking to find antiques, or specialty items, shoes for children, but especially clothing, special prices on special days.

So, depending on who waits on you, the rating is for. If it's the older lady with glasses I give a horrible rating. She is very rude and inflexible. The others are nicer but many times I have been there and they closed an hour early. Once I found a two pack of kid's gloves that were marked $1.29 from the 99 cent store and they made me pay $2.00 because they said that was the lowest price. What's the rhyme or reason for the color tags. What if there is no tag? We go a lot when there are special sales for clothes because we are trying to clothe grandkids.

UPDATE: Two of my friends told me that the older lady who works there followed them around on more than one occasion and accused a friend of stealing because she was carrying a large purse. I thought they were exaggerating because the workers all seem nice, but I came in the other day and she did the exact same thing to me. That lady has issues. We are all adults with careers, just looking for good deals. No one has time to take from a thrift store that benefits the community. Scratching my head.

This use to be my favorite thrift shop in the high desert. Not anymore. 69.99for a bowl, 59.99 for a lamp, 14.99 for a plate??? Absolutely RIDICULOUS prices here lately. This is a thrift store prices should reflect as such. If I wanted to pay top $$ I’d go to a retail store or an antique shop.

Disappointed. Thrift stores used to be inexpensive ways to find items you might need or want. SA is now charging way too much for their items. Some items are priced at over the original retail price!!! Absolutely ridiculous, especially considering that these items were DONATED! They had a used wing back chair for $190. You can buy a new one for that price and not have to sanitize/clean it before use. Better off going to yard sales.

We used to love this place but after our visit today not so much anymore because the prices are Ridiculous. For example, I saw a little decorative water fountain in a box which has a Ross price tag for $5.99 and the salvation army price was $6.99 ? so I left and here's my review ✌️

We like donating to the Salvation Army because they take everything. This location is a little out of our way but we try to make it worth the trip every time.
