Was recommended to Sally's due to failed smog on my 1997 Lexus. He did a great job in finding out the problem. He is smart, mechanical and certified. He also provided me options as to getting the smog issue resolved. I would recommend this business to anyone in the high desert.

I contacted the shop after my 2004 Honda Civic failed smog. I was shopping for honest, reliable service. I needed to have a diagnostic code test performed. I received two prior quotes one for $140 and one for $180 from other mechanic shops. The gentleman who answered the phone at this location would not even give me his name. Then he asked me why I wanted to know his name. I expressed I'm looking for a mechanic to work on my car. He said okay what do you need? I replied, I'm looking for a mechanic to work on my 2004 Honda Civic. He said okay you don't need to know my name. I then replied, you're rude and I'd never have you work on my car and I disconnected the call. Hope you have better luck.
