Excellent customer service. Rec'd online quote for repair, but my internet crashed. So in-store they honored it in cash only because their system COULDN'T verify my ins. Mgr worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the store running. In-store Techs, & mobile Techs didn't skip a beat, especially "PINK hair". THEY WERE WORKING IN TRIPLE-DIGIT WEATHER. That's team awesome.

All I would like to do is find out if Safelite handles rock chip repair, but it is 1,000,000% impossible to speak to somebody no matter how hard you try it’s only automated which is terrible customer service in my eyes

I had a very small chip on my windchill. I Went in and when they were done my windchill had a bigger cracked.

The facilities were clean. Receptionist was nice and helpful. Service technician was spot on making sure there was no damage while being helpful with great communication and constant updates. Would shop here again. The experience was seamless with insurance.

Today a wonderful technician came out to our home to replace the windshield in our Hondi Sonata. His name was Matthew Brandon. We had seen the commercials and thought it would be fun to watch how the windshield was changed. Matthew took a little longer to do the job because we had questions and he answered every one of them. It was really interesting all the different tools Matthew used to remove the old windshield and put in the new one. Matthew was so careful taking the stuff off to get the old windshield out. Putting the new windshield in went so fast and easy. Matthew is great at his job. He is very much an asset to the company. Thank you, Matthew for the great work.

i dont kno what kinda cheap glass they used but the first crack it got was a small crack then it rained and got hot the whole damn window got cracked i cant use my heater if its cold out side or my air conditioner if its hot outside cause the damn thing cracks more

Went there for an insurance claim to fix a chipped windshield on my brand new car. I've been driving for 30+ years and have had several windshields repaired, including from Safelite, so I know what a repair looks like. This particular location, I'm 99.9% sure they didn't do a darn thing to the windshield, the damage looked exactly the same. And on top of that, my brand new car smelled like cigarettes inside when I got it back. The guy tried to say nobody smokes back there they all only vape. Whatever they smoked in here smells horrible. I will never go back to this location, horrible how they disrespected my property. They ended up not charging my insurance for the work they didn't do, but they sure wasted my valuable time. I completely lost trust in this business.
