Don’t move here. There’s nothing luxury about these apartments. Rent shouldn’t be this high due to the lack of charging you for pest control every month and don’t even come to spray! Yes, they’re roaches. Gated property but people hops the fences and use the pool and also they’re no cameras around the property I recently got my car stolen when there’s supposed to be after hour security.

Anita Sanchez is amazing! She had me sold before I even saw the apartment. She explained all the perks about living here. I couldn’t believe I was able to afford such a beautiful place and was able to move in within two weeks. The maintenance team is so helpful. I needed a screen put on my stove vent and it was done the same day I put in the request plus they brought in my Amazon package for me. I am so pleased and so happy to call this my home!

I didn't submit a request and don't know why I am receiving this bcuz I have had absolutely no problems since I moved in. Everything has been jst fine. No.complaints or issues at all.

I felt the sweet girl Anita who works in the Office is very professional and personable. Riverton of the high Desert seems to to be very clean. When it comes to communication with the application process they have been very efficient. Now living at Riverton a year Ive noticed Joshua Maintenance is by far the most considerate person ever. He really takes the time and patience with what ever problem my husband and I have had. One time locked myself out my apartment early in the morning while office hrs were closed and I knocked anyway and Joshua came to my aid, another time he retrieved my daughter's retainers out of AC box outside and so much more , it is very much appreciated.

Shout out to Josh, Andres and Scott for always being on time, going above and beyond for all work orders and getting back to me in a timely manner. I just want to let them know I appreciate their excellent work ethic and I appreciate how respectful they are. They always great me with a smile and are always friendly.

All the ladies in the front were very nice and welcoming when I went to the office to ask about the apartments. The lady that toured me around was super sweet and very welcoming. I already love this place! I hope to become a tenant soon!

Melanie is very pleasant and has always greeted me when walking into the office to speak about my property. She's answered all of my questions the best she can. Stacey and Anita work for my property and Riverton and are always great and are very helpful with my questions and concerns. Any issues are fixed right away. Whenever Scott is in the office he is quick to greet me as well and helps with any and all of my work orders.

I've been calling, emailing doing whatever I can to get information on availability. I see a few openings online and I'm ready to move in but unable to get a hold of anyone after several attempts. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to get in touch with management being a resident. Very disappointing as the apartments look nice. To bad we can't move in due to extremely poor communication and customer service. They don't even respond to emails or voicemails. I guess it's Mountain Vista Apartments Community for us. They answered their phones! SMH!

I do not like the current staff in the office at the borrego road location. The current staff is extremely rude and do not seem customer service oriented. Coming off of the aftermath of COVID, with the previous staff Ranisha, I had an agreement with her regarding my rent. It was notated on my file in the office, and I thought everything was fine with my living situation. However once new staff came on they were very condescending and very cold toward my situation. They basically made me feel as though I did not matter as a person and all that did matter was getting the lump sum payment owed. Had the current staff been more willing to help or just nicer in their communication, my experience would have been a lot better and I probably would have remained an on-time rent paying valued customer.

I called here recently because I have heard good things about these apartments and I was interested in getting details and pricing, as my family and I are looking into moving soon. Anita was able to answer all of my questions and was very helpful and informative! Just from that one phone call, she made me feel so welcome. We hope to become l residents here soon and hope to work with Anita when we do :)
