We have had this chair for 22 years. It needed to be reupholstered as well as repaired (the base broke). We took it to Robello's and he did so good with it! Repaired the base and the arm as well as replaced the leather and made the wood look like new.

It took them 5 months,multiple phone calls and a couple visits to their office for them to reupholster the couch in my RV. He was on the ball to remove the couch and collect half of the $1800 Now I just noticed several scratches and ripped flooring that he glued back down and didn't say a word. I will never use this guy again.

I took my vehicle to Rebolledo's to have my 2 front seat's reupholstered. Javier gave me a fair quote so I gave him a 50% down payment to begin the work. I explained to him it was important to avoid taking the seats out of the car as this would cause a computer error. Javier advised me as long as Ieft the car at his shop there would be no need to remove the seats. I dropped my car off on. Mon @ 8am as instructed and was told it would be ready early Wednesday. I showed up Wednesday and could clearly see he was just starting on the car and the passenger seat was removed. I was a bit disappointed but he explained he had to take the seat out to do the job correctly and the car would be ready Thursday. I told him I had an urgent issue and would pick the car up Friday. When I came to pick up the car only the portion of the seat you sit on was reupholstered. He never touched the back portion of the seats. I was very disappointed. He then said he told me before he started the job that he'd only be reupholstering the bottom which was not true as I showed him 2 small tears on the side of one of the seats which I expected would be fixed. He sewed the 2 tears. That was that. I'm now getting an error message due to the seats being removed which no doubt will cost me to correct and his only response was for me to take it to the dealer.

Very impressed with final product. All upholstery cushions were to my desired firmness. Colors were very nice. Pickup and delivery was helpful with a personal touch.

These guys are awesome. We own an AirBnB in Big Bear and one of our guests moved our beautiful leather sofa in front of the log fireplace and burnt the side of the sofa (of course they never told us about this). We searched high and low for upholsterers who service Big Bear and came across Rebolledo's. I spoke with Fatima and Javier. Sent them some pics and asked if they could come to the cabin to do the work. They confirmed they could and provided a competitive quote. On the day, Javier showed up in time and completed the work to a very high standard (a new leather panel, which you'd hardly notice was a patch up). If you're looking for a repair or an upgrade to your furniture upholstery, then I'd highly recommend speaking with these guys.

Several years ago I bought a very high-quality leather sofa from craigslist. I got many compliments on it over the years. Several months ago I noticed The cushions were wearing out and they were holes forming where wrinkles were in the original leather. I made the decision to have new cushions made to save the originally $5000 sofa. I called Rebolledos and brought my old cushions to him. He made six new cushions with new leather and foam And the quality is excellent! I'm very pleased and highly recommend!

Javier did an excellent job with our five chairs. Perfect stitching, piping and overall fit. Awesome new life to good quality chairs. They look better than the factory-installed fabric on the original chairs. We will not go anywhere else in the high desert for upholstery. Highly recommend. Very quick turnaround also. Javier listened to what we wanted done and provided an excellent end product. Nice guy too. Very happy with Rebolledo's Custom Upholstery ?.
