Despite the bad reviews, I was very hesitant. If I wanted to work with this dealership, I have been working closely with Ashley. I was very transparent, telling her what I wanted and what I expected I was interested in a vehicle, which I was not local to them l, but I filled out the application gave her a few hours and she got back with me to notify me that my credit was not pulled she made it very clear that there was no need to pull a credit for a vehicle that was no longer available. With that being said she gained my five stars, I’ve been to a different dealerships, where they are careless and try and push a vehicle on you that you don’t want and even yet run your credit without there being a need to I appreciate you for the hard work.

Let me add 3 months later . Victorville Chevy was uncooperative in sending the promised 2 year free EV charging . As a matter of fact they cancelled the soon to be issued card out of spite . On top of that we needed a copy of the sales agreement . Called finance 4 times . Still no reply . These guys are clowns , vengeful amateurs. Steer clear ! Do not buy from them !

225.00 an hour labor.Inexperienced service writer.Refuse to write customer comments on intake sheet regarding continual problems.No more contractual loaners for vehicles being repaired staying more than a day.From the service writer,to the assistant service manager, to the service manager, to the service director, to the general manager... THEY DONT RETURN CALLS IN MY EXPERIENCE.And I still have the problems with my vehicle.All of my cars are under original warranty. So, no, I didn't pay. However over the last 3 years with the same problems, I will now drive 60 miles to a Cadillac dealer who gives a care about their customers. I've had enough. At this rate, unless some major customer service changes are made, I don't think they will last.

Unfortunately this dealer didn't have exactly what I wanted, but I wanted to shout out Christian Molla who communicated tirelessly to fit me into the perfect ride. Christian's customer service was top tier and kept me updated on their available inventory and made sure I was getting the best possible price. Thanks Christian!

Went to this dealer ready to buy a Cadillac CT5 V. When we arrived there was a mark up on the car and the sales manager was up to something when I told her I wasn’t going to pay the mark up and had a GMS number for employee discount. My wife and I walked out of the dealer. Since that day the dealer has not stopped calling and texting me to come buy a car even though I’ve asked numerous times to for them to stop. Below is the Cadillac we bought from a much better dealer. They are still calling me. Leave me alone!!!

So if I could give this review a zero I would. I took my car here thinking since it was the cadillac dealer they would do a good job fixing my car but I was wrong. They said I would get an answer to what was the problem with my car the same day but took over a week to just hear that I needed a new engine. The cost would be 12,000 dollars. I took my car to a different mechanic shop to find out my car only needed a few things change and I had my car running back within 3 days. When I asked the dealer to explain why they said I needed a new engine all I got was. "Your car has a lot of miles and we suggest a new engine". Dealer was quick to charge me 250 dollars for just a suggestion not actual information. I would suggest anyone to find a different place to fix your car.

Austin and I talked for months about my new Cadillac CT5 before I bought it. He kept me up to date on the vehicle and pricing and always ensuring me when I had doubts about the buying the car. Overall, my experience was good, and I definitely would recommend Austin to anyone else looking for a vehicle.

They over charge for service. I called to see how much they will charge to change P0013 Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve Control Circuit and the service advisor said it would cost about $1,000 plus if they recommend to also change a valve that goes with that part. The guy also recommended to change my timing belt. All this together would be a $2,500 job. I did my research and bought the part and my check engine light is gone. I spent $80 on the part and it only took me 10mins or less. Do your research before you go through this dealer. I just hate for dealers to rip people off. Charge the right price, don’t over do it.

Excellent buying experience. It was a busy place and now I understand why, they are awesome! The great inventory is jaw dropping cars and SUVs. Jimena offered great knowledge and concierge style service. Scott and Moses were superhero's in finding a military discount for our model SUV and light fast during the purchase process.
