I had my car damaged inside the wash station the roller went underneath my wheel causing it to roll back and hit the bumper of the car behind me they refused to pay for the damages claiming the alignment on my brand new car was either off or I had my hand on the wheel and they would not be paying for the damages even though there video showed clearly the roller going underneath my tire causing it to roll back and hitting the car behind me the video even showed there system did not stop when the malfunction occurred be careful while going to this car wash do not travel close to other vehicles they will not except the blame and will not pay for the damages.
