“This place mostly has bad reviews because the customers are rude, entitled, and unsympathetic. (There are obvious scheduling issues but take that up with a supervisor/manager not the employee FYI) I had an appointment at 10:30 am for a hitch to be installed and I arrived 10 minutes early and found there to be a line 5 people deep. It was clear the only person working the whole place was one man doing the job of 2-3. He was doing his best to help serve each person as quickly as he could. The man in front of me didn't have a reservation to get a truck and blamed the employee for the size truck he wanted to be unavailable and was outwardly irritated...interesting. To which this man tried to drag me into his bs by trying to make the employee feel bad for making 'this young lady waiting. To which I replied 'nah, I'm fine waiting'. Not to mention the two other people who had something to say about the employee right in from of him. About 30 minutes passed, which to me, is reasonable as he again was the ONLY person there. He helped me very quickly and I was on my way after a quick inspection of my car for dents and scratches. Very nice man and my hitch came out great. I was told they would start on it at 3 and I got a call at 4. No issues besides the very rude customers I had to unfortunately be among while waiting my turn, patiently.”

“Checking in and out was easy as always with U-Haul. Trucks and equipment are always in working order. I have rented from U-Haul for most of my moves in town and out of state. The staff are always friendly and professional. They usually are ready to assist you in loading boxes and in-store items.”
