Jesse serviced my BMW, and I was beyond impressed with the service. However, the professionalism, cleanliness, and patience he had when my children were asking him questions was something I had never seen before in this kind of environment. My husband always told me to ask for the old parts, and he had no problem showing me what he did and answering all my questions and concerns. The transparency of this shop is one of a kind. 42$ for a oil change when you supply your own oil and filter is waayyyyy too steep. Holy cow thanks but no thanks. Months ago it was between 24-28$ when i would bring my car to them. Im guessing its under new management and owner is setting the price.

Last week, I dropped this place and the guy I saw here did not put my car on the machine to diagnose my car problem and drove me car without thoroughly checking my car and said I had a transmission problem and quoted me prices for this. This place is dishonest. I got a second opinion and it was not my transmission. Beware of this place.

Iam live in Ventura county.I was in Victorville helping a friend and their cat climbed in my engine and got stuck.The mechanic help me get it out.He had to take off my wheel and tie rod off along with other parts.Then put it back together. He was amazing.He is kind and very skillful.I would recommend Precision Auto Repair to anyone.

This place is the best! Fair and honest! Helps keep costs down. Had to have my car towed in with am electrical problem. They tracked down the cause and I only paid for the part an diagnostic. Dominic even called me me the next day to find out how the car was running. Who does that?! Precision auto. That's who!! Good job guys to bad I can't give 10 stars

I was on the freeway when my the engine on my 2003 Camry started making rattling noise and half the power was gone with the check engine light blinking. Couldn't get ahold of my mechanic and needed this fixed ASAP. I do a lot of driving for work. Called and talked to Dominic, he said I could bring it in right away. 3 hours after dropping it off he called me with the diagnosis, it needed a new coil pack. 2 days later it was fixed and runs like it use to.

Very honest guys who are fair and do quality work! Helped me out when my mother had a rabbit chew some wires up. They had me in and out in an hour as a walk in on a Saturday!
