So, we started out on our RV trip & ran into several tire issues, including 1 road service. Bottom line, I needed 6-new tires on my RV or our planned trip would be "ruined!" That's when Parkhouse tire saved the day. Manager on Duty - Jeff Morales took my tire size over the phone & advised "I've got all 6 of your tires in stock & ready to mount up for you!" So, I limped over there at 12 to 15mph on Jeff's advice, & his team saved the day! Took about 3 hrs as there we two trucks being serviced when we arrived! Then Jeff's team got to work on ours & we were then on our way in no-time! These folks are awesome & Jeff's customer service friendly approach helped us thru the process. Couldn't thank them enough! -Highly recommend these guys for RV / Heavy truck tire needs! Take it from us, two happy campers from So-Cal; litterly!

Our tire blew on our RV and they were exactly what we needed. They had our specialty tire in stock. Their service was professional, courteous, and they had us fixed and out in less than an hour!

Customer service is as important as the service that is provided. The needed service was provided and provided promptly. However, as a paying customer, Angel, I don't deserve to be spoken to and treated like I am an annoying inconvenience in your day. You didn't treat me with outright hostility, but you also didn't attempt to offer me a single ounce of respect, politeness, or courtesy. In other words, you didn't offer me the type of professional, quality conduct with which you would normally treat a paying customer.I'm a working man, just like you, so I'm not asking for a red carpet treatment whenever I come to your place of business in need of your services. But I would have at least appreciated the bare minimum of a friendly smile instead of an annoyed grimace. You literally ignored me when I first approached you with a friendly smile and asked you how your day was going. Instead, you asked me, "What do you need?" with apathy and disinterest when I approached you for help.

Terrible place to get a tire if you are using a national account as payment. Will drag their feet.. too much bull with guy at counter.. Shawn I think his name is / was if someone hasn't knocked him over the head yet !Two guys working... really bad attitude, needed one drive tire and steer rotation, was told 4 to 5 hour wait... ain't coming back, definitely not recommended.
