When I first started coming here they did a really good job. The owner was out there talking to customers and the workers took pride. The last three visits they have done a terrible job. The floor is dirty under the mats they did not shine my interior as I paid and now there are hundreds of little white scratches all over my car that weren't there before. I will never be going back. They suck!!!!

They did an adequate job but it took FOREVER. They weren't all that busy when I went and I was there for 90 minutes. I'll be trying other places moving forward.

Apparently this company is known for damaging peoples vehicles and not taking care of it responsibly. In fact the business denied providing their insurance after they dented another guy's truck. I doubt they're going to take responsibility for the damage they did to mine as well and it looks like they also didn't take care of a ladies BMW that they detailed and ruined her wheel. At first I was really excited to work with this place because they got back to me pretty fast and was able to make an appointment for the same day. I was originally given a quote under $100. I drop my truck off and they verify the appointment and I thought everything was good. For the work that I had done I thought the price was rather low but was excited to see what I got for my money. After being told the truck would be done in an hour and a half I begin to worry after 2 1/2 hours had passed. I called the shop and Tim said he needed to talk with the guy at the lot and see what's going on. He calls me back about five minutes later and is upset at me? Saying the truck was really dirty and they had to wash it two or three times to get some of the stuff to come out. Saying how shocked he was with how it wouldn't come off. All it was is dirt from off roading and adventuring. He then begins to tell me that he needs to raise the price by another $40 after pretty much scolding me for bringing my truck to him. The price increase was no big deal but talking to me like I created a problem or an issue for you when your job is to detail and clean cars. I really think the owner of the business could've just let me know "Hey it looks like the truck was a little bit dirtier than we had anticipated and we are going to have to take some extra measures to get the truck clean. Would you be OK with a extra cleaning fee for the truck?" This response would've been a lot better than yelling at me and telling me how dirty and horrible my truck was when I brought it in. I went over the trucks use over the phone specifically with him telling him that I drive this truck through creeks and all kinds of off-road places and that's why I wanted to get the underbody cleaned and the engine bay so I can put my truck in storage because we have a electric vehicle we will be driving for a commuter now. So I show up to pick up my vehicle and my air filter is completely caved in and destroyed and now I have to buy another one. Also my headlight has condensation all inside of it and I need to figure out how to get the water out before it ruins my electrical system. If you care about your truck I would recommend looking at other high-quality detail places. This place is good for just a quick little hand wash but they are not a car spa or detail shop as they claim. Update: now my truck does not run because they got water inside of the throttlebody. I had to have my truck towed to a Ford dealership and get a rental car through my insurance company will be going after the business now. I tried to reach out to the business owner to get his insurance information to go ahead and open up a claim he would not provide me the information. Tim told me this happens all the time? I hope not, you're a business dealing with peoples vehicles. Looking through the reviews apparently this does happen all the time. My insurance company and lawyers will be going after the company to fix the issues at hand. I have to say this is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a business. Especially a car wash company. Looks like I will never be coming back here again and not referring anyone here. Tim also hung up on me when I tried to give him a complement for his business and address my issues. Now he won't answer my calls which has left me no other choice but to contact a lawyer and our insurance company. Claim has already been opened and will keep an update on what happens.

Brought my BMW here for a wash and detailing and they did an amazing job! Employees were very helpful and handled my car with great care. Would definitely recommend to others that need a wash or even if they need to get their car detailed! Great prices as well. Will definitely be coming back!!

Man... Where do I start? I've taken my brand new Denali 3500 to this place a few times with no problems, in fact I was going to leave them a 5 star review... They're not even worth 1 star after what had to deal with today... First the guy tells me my truck is done then takes me inside to pay, then we go outside and he tells me I'm sorry we dented your truck, WAIT WHAT?? s*** happens I get it, but then he tells me to comeback in 2 days to talk to the owner, I told him I needed their insurance info before I leave, he called the owner and the owner refused to give me any insurance info, basically telling me he going to pay out of pocket and to take it to some body to be fixed... NOPE, I dont think so, so I had the sheriff's come to take a report and they basically said since the owner refused to give me any info they couldn't do anything and that I have to sue him... So now I'm stuck dealing with this bs.

i needed a hand wash on my new corvette and this car wash was perfect and this is my car wash from now on. Overall service and quality was beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone who wants to get your car detailed!!!

I am pleasantly surprised. I didn't have much hope as I have tried just about every place up here and am always disappointed. I bought the higher end wash. My SUV was extremely dirty after the strange weather this month and a trip to the beach with the dogs. The outside and the inside looked great when they were done. I will be back!

First time customer. Took my car on a early Friday morning. It was already pretty busy I got the second wash I think it's called a VIP for $20. I do have an SUV so I thought it was a good deal. The attendant was friendly enough ran through all the air freshener options. Went inside to pay and pleasantly surprised of how spacious, clean and accommodating it was. I had my baby I the troller and my toddler needed to potty.. WE all fit in the restroom!!! Stroller included! Outside staff was friendly and approachable. The reason for the 4 stars is that the carpets weren't clean enough. Still some dirt left and center console was still a little dusty.. things I'll make sure to point out next time. Over all I recommend. Just make sure you look it over before you drive off.

My family and I have been coming to this car wash for over 10 years and we have never been disappointed. They do such a great job, and don't mind going over something if you ask them too. Always best to come early in the morning because they get really busy toward the end.

Husband and wife run business. Been here several times and they do a decent job. Hard working folks. Give them a chance. In and out fairly quick.
