Do NOT stop here! Not the cheap broken pumps, dirty store and no restroom available to customers! They only want to take your money and not provide services.

No outside cup refills? Give me a break. This is a foolish rule for any establishment to have.
Charge a premium for refills if you must; but forcing customers to use and waste your cups is just ridiculous.

The Krispy Krunchy chicken fried today May 4th around 4:00 pm had no flavor that it’s known for, tasted only of old unfiltered grease and the flour/batter was so hard you can darn near chip a molar. The biscuit was not fresh. Hard and fell apart when I bit it. Whomever fried that chicken needs to refrain from doing so until properly trained. That food should not be sold. Far cry from what it’s suppose to taste like. ESP the chicken. The employees who work there which are primarily women are hit and miss in terms of customer service. 2 I have came across in past visits are rude. The others are nice. I have to pinpoint who works when so I can avoid the rude 2.

DO NOT STOP HERE!!!!!Friday, March 15th morning attendant, older Latino woman with glasses. I’m seeing complaints going back 5 years on this lady. Mobil obviously doesn’t care about you as a customer.What an absolute rude vile human she was. Traveling back to Tx from Long Beach, Ca.We stopped to fuel up and use the restrooms. We were almost empty in a Diesel fuel truck. It was chilly and windy and we went in to use restroom first as we needed to go bad!!! The lady treated us like liars and crooks. Refused to let us use the restrooms until we fueled up first. I get y’all have a homeless issue around, but that isn’t our problem. ARCO received our $130 today.

The manager is rude and banned 2 teens for quote "acting stupid" when they were simply looking for a particular candy. She would not accept my coupon that came from the original brand whose site shows i can claim it at that store, and she waited for me to claim it before telling me. She is disrespectful and talks like she is hanging out with friends, not like she is at work. I suggest going down the street a little farther if you plan to go inside. It's that bad.
