Was expecting alot more from this place after reading the reviews but pretty disappointed. I watched the guy take everything apart and noticed he was being rough, then I noticed what looked like a broken chip in my frame I asked the owner to take a look he said everything was fine. So after everything is done I test it out and going down seems to work perfect, however going up sounds like it's out of place and scraping against something. Not only that I inspect my door and find scratches along the frame on the outside of my window that was not there before. I read a review about them scratching people's car so I made sure to take a video before they started working and glad I did. However the price was great , which is probably what I should expect for paying a cheaper price. ?♀️....
The video is what happened after rolling the window down for the 5th time since it's been done by these people and this is what happens... the whole window is out of frame and has now caused damage to my car! Very disappointed with this place and definitely will never be taking my car back here. ?

We decided to purchase a window from them because of the price they offered which was good. We should have just ordered a new window ourselves and YouTubed how to install it the right way. Two days after they installed our back window, it shattered and I mean shattered. Very disappointed for the lack of care they had as we called and explained what happened. Of course, to save money due to the cost of everything, they could not replace it. It is Victorville, so you have to be weary of who you buy from but don’t expect a replacement here. You will be 2-300$ in for nothing.

This place is not only professional but so wholesome and humble in the way they work . I tried for weeks to get Safelite to repair my windshield only for them to waste my time and insist that they don't know how to give me a refund for a service they couldn't even perform...all while this place performed the work in UNDER AN HOUR for half the price or less than what Safelite would request. They perform same-day repairs and ensure you leave satisfied. Been here twice, and certainly will come again/recommend family and friends to go for repairs. Thanks guys for the great service!

Yesterday on September 1st I took my car there to have the windshield replaced I've been there several other times before never had a problem besides them always bending my windshield wipers to where the windshield wipers don't touch the middle of my window I don't care about that but I noticed scratches all on the inside of my frame from some tool that they were using to either take my windshield off or put it on (leather-like material best way i can describe it) and I already know that they're going to deny it because they're a smaller business at Pick-n-Pull I just noticed it today I don't even know if I would ever go back there again. That wasn't there yesterday morning when I took my car. There was two guys installing my windshield and I don't think it was the older man that did it. There was a younger guy I've never seen there before. I know he was the one that bent my windshield wipers this time because he looked like he was struggling to get it off. My car is financed and I still have payments and it's gonna cost me way more than what I paid for the windshield to fix the damage that was done. Update Sept 6th I went to go use my windshield wiper fluid, tubes got disconnected. Don't let the young dude touch your car.

This mobile service replaced the windshield on my kia and broke it and had to re replace the windshield which took an additional 3 days . The staff was very nice ... they do not do calibration , and I was told that I would have to take it somewhere else to finish the work . The extra time it took to and the fact I had to get the calibration done somewhere else cost me more than it would of getting everything done from a mayjor competitor , needless to say I would NOT recommend this service to anyone with a new vehicle that requires dealing with safety computers .

Always remember to check out this place it was one in a million but somebody in this town in Victorville California anyways would have a used rear window for a C5 Corvette nobody in the desert or even down below had one but m&j had the rear window and matched the prices that I got from other places across the country so when you least expect it trust me I've been in the car business for over 30 years and I will always check this place first versus checking at last so do yourself a big favor check them out first you won't regret it my hat goes off to all of them....
