I should've read the reviews before I made the appointment with Jessica Brown. woman are trying to warn people on the reviews..... anyways, the cut was OK. The color was not.....the professionalism was not The F word was thrown around every other word, and she refuses to redo my hair by canceling an appointment At the last minute, just all around bad experience I even gave her a twenty dollar tip (anyone know a good hairstylist)

Been coming here for a while now, love all the girlies here...not to mention how cute the Salon itself is! Jackie personally had been doing mine & my girl's hair for a while. Helped fix many "at home hair mistakes". I've always loved the outcome!

I have been to Mirror Mirror twice for color by Jackie. The color and cut were great. Also the hair washing was awesome!! Thank you Jackie and the rest of the staff

I went in to have my hair cut in an A-line style. The stylist Hannah started with my shoulder length hair and managed to mess it up so bad that a second stylist ended up leaving my hair at a very short length due to the many mistakes that the first one did, such as uneven cuts, long hairs and no defined shape. This experience has left me very disappointed and sad. I would not recommend this place.Service: Haircut

I went in for a much needed trim and to my surprise, with such short notice I was able to get a same day appointment. The stylist who did my hair (Charlotte) was very professional and an expert at her craft. I new that I needed a proper haircut and her work exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was great and the reception was inviting. I am very pleased and I would confidently recommend this salon.

First time client. Stylist was nice and friendly, so I will not name. Did not know what she was doing. Used a light brown color on gray roots that eventually turned Yellow. Yes yellow! The color stained my face to the point the doctor thought i had jaundice. LOL. Gave me a blunt cut instead of the layers I requested. INCREASED the price of the color and cut AFTER she had cut and applied the color. By $60.00. Paid $150.00 I was not happy. Went to pay with my debit card and she said no, cash only!! I had to leave, find a bank and drive ack. My hair is still a mess with yellow streaks. OH YES, they GOSSIP. As soon as clients left they ripped on them, it was very uncomfortable to hear such rude, mean comments. If you are a regular, you are being talked about behind your back.

Sunnie does great hair there, she's my hairstylist. Also, Kali does excellent eyelash extensions. Would highly recommend.

Came here a couple years ago due to a very bad hair job. was saved and nurtured by a wonderful stylist. Atmosphere is laid back, it's clean and friendly.

Oh dear, Kali does not know how to do hair. As soon as she finished washing my hair I knew it was a mistake. She raced through it and didn't get soap or water to all the edges of my scalp, in fact she left the hairline on the sides and in the back untouched. I had a simple haircut (just a trim of my layers and adding some curtain bangs) and thought she could handle it, but boy was I wrong. I've had my hair cut by several different stylists over the years and they all do the same parting for layers, Kali did not. I was so confused but thought maybe she knew a new technique so I didn't stop her. She proceeds to cut and it seemed to go well until she got to the bangs. I repeated what I wanted and she proceeds to cut straight across. That is not curtain bangs. She knew she messed up because when she stood back and I was silent in disbelief she assured me she would go back and fix it. She finished the sides and then tries to fix the front. After trying 2 times I finally told her to stop. Then instead of asking if I wanted it straightened or curled, she just dries it with a curling brush, which leaves my hair frizzy and poofy. No hair protectant was applied. I was shocked, very amateur way to cut hair. I usually trim my own hair between appointments but this time I let it grow out a couple weeks and went somewhere else for them to fix it. When I went to the new girl she agreed it was very uneven but thankfully was able to fix it and give me the bangs I wanted. Mirror Mirror was clean and seemed welcoming but I could hear everyone's conversations. If that doesn't bother you then try them out, just don't go to Kali.

I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of one only because they were able to fit me in on a Saturday. Otherwise, I would have given it one star. I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time because the stylists was already working on another client. When I had a concern about the ingredients in the products, instead of looking at the ingredients on the bottle she told me, "Just take Benadryl if you have a reaction." After telling her how I reacted to a certain ingredients, she finally stopped shampooing my hair and looked at the bottle. She rushed through my haircut, probably because she was still bouncing between me and the other client. When I told her I wanted my hair curly, instead of a blow out that straightens it, she just puts some product in my hair and sends me on my way. With wet hair...in January, because I guess she didn't have a diffuser. This is the last time I getting my hair done up here in the high desert. I've had nothing but bad experiences here.

I can't speak for the salon , but my service with Jessica Brown was the most unprofessional conversation and interaction I ever had in my life. 1. Very rude to a woman of a Asian decent and began to talk about her once she was gone. 2. Made some very uncomfortable and racist remarks regarding Hispanic individuals. 3. She also fat shamed and bashed individuals stating that: "They disgust" her. These conversations should NOT be held at the Salon, or anywhere for that matter. Very inappropriate. Racist throughout. I don't recommend JESSICA BROWN to ANYONE. I should have read the comments before hand and went with a different stylist.
