Rigoberto did a great job explaining the difference’s between the different mattresses. He let me lay on the different ones so I could feel the difference. He was very helpful. I actually went in there to buy 1 and I ended up buying 2. The customer service was great.

Within 30 minutes, Timothy sold us two beds and a base! Excellent customer experience all around. We came in with a simple request: one firm mattress.
