I hate to even leave this review. However, it is so frustrating to go into a business that lacks customer service. Business that have people in place who know how to greet customers is an important and successful quality to have. I stopped going to majestic because of the dry attitudes often encountered by some of the employees. Not all of the employees had a bad attitude, but one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. Unfortunately it happens here too often. I revisited, today looking for hair and I can not believe the attitude customers receive. A smile and hello goes a long way. It is hard to spend money somewhere that does not have acceptable customer service. I hope they do better going forward.

They have everything! Thanks, ladies! I've been here more than 5x's and each time I've been helped w/o a problem. Prices are reasonable as well.

I went to this beauty supply the day before yesterday mind you they built another beauty supply on 7th st that has way better customer service and support.but since I had been going here for years I decided to go there. The lady behind the counter had no experience with hair she was no help to me at all. My husband asked her if he can sell his art there and instead of giving him a direct answer, she asked, “ well can you draw me”. I was standing right next to him, she wasn’t paying that no attention. Then the other lady which is a cashier had no customer service she gave me the wrong wig cap and gel . I believe it was intentional I’ll never go back to this place. These girls don’t care about the needs of their people! It’s sad ! I know why people don’t go there anymore I’m done done

Speaking of lack of customer service , this business not only lack customer service , but also the knowledge of knowing about haircare products period. when a customer comes in for products the least one can do is first smile and greet them upon aproach , and if you donot have what that person may want , just maybe you can suggest something you may think that substitue, besides the negative attitude i recieved from the owner i was appauld , i was almost afraid to ask about anything else, its just to bad the State board of cosmetology donnot have nothing to do with this business , you would surley be kicked out.No worries i will never vist this place again i would go bald before i do.
