“The employees are professional, attentive to a person's needs, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only issue that I see is they charge double what the Post Office charges. An example would be Priority Mail is around $20 vs Post Office around $10. But the place is kept clean and organized.”

“Stood at the Victorville location for 30 mins, and still had 9 people in front of me, as I left, the line was maybe 8 people behind me and growing, so I went to the Spring valley location, and BOOM!! literally 5 mins I was done and gone. As soon as I walked in, the young lady who was with a customer turned and asked how she could help.. wonderful experience compared to so many disappointments with the lack of staffing..
