I was trying to buy a house, so I had Luna‘s tax services complete my taxes for 2023 so that’s my loan officer would approve the loan. After they were done and I signed for him, it took a week but I asked him to submit them, I was told they were submitted. I asked for a receipt showing that the rest submitted and was told we don’t have a receipt but we guarantee that they were submitted by Management in writing via email. I’m coming to find out after receiving letters from the state that Liz tech service never submitted either my states, nor my federal tax returns And I am occurring tons of feces. I’ve called them on multiple occasions more than 10. I will give you a call back. No call has been made to try to rectify the situation and I feel like they’re just ignoring me. Texas still haven’t been submitted. I had to go get them done another place just so they would be done. don’t use this place when I was set up to be audited, the shaking was terrible and then to not submit my taxes and then ignore me every time I call to get this fixed. This is why people don’t trust other people this seems like this.

In 2019 they did my taxes, and they did not have the professionalism to do it well. I received a letter from the IRS stating that the taxes that I owed them $10,000 were incorrect. I went to complain to them and they did not have the professionalism to communicate with the IRS and help me fix the problem, which they had done. That's why they are paid for their service because they "supposedly" know how to do it. So I warn you that these people are not responsible if the IRS audits them ?

Had a pleasant time here! We got here with no appointment but luckily they let us in. Alexia was the lady who helped me. She was super helpful, assisted all my needs, and was very kind. Very fast service and clean place too! I definitely see myself coming back here in the future!

For three years luisa has been preparing my taxes and I always leave satisfied. Luisa is the most honest tax preparer there is, ive never seen someone who truly cares about there clients needs first, than what they are going to profit out of them, its always the preparer looking out how to screw you over well that happened to me, I wasn't getting the full refund I deserved but I had no idea until many family members recommended luisa to me and since then I will always keep coming to her. I will also keep recommending my friends and family because shes just the best she has so much knowledge about everything you need to know about taxes. She truly is a gem in the high desert.
