Looking for potting plants....took customer service a minute to find someone to help me cut a zip tie off bundle of plant stands that should of been put out separately...not tied together. Other than that the fan with water spray while your shopping for flowers is nice ?

I've noticed this lowes doesn't care about their customers and especially about their employees. They don't know how to properly train their staff and expect them to learn everything on their own. And they get upset about when their staff makes a mistake without giving them the proper training for that. Unprofessional mangers and very lazy as well. Definitely an HR situation or higher if so. If you're looking to going into lowes I wouldn't suggest this one or you will be walking out upset or annoyed. If not, then that's uncommon.

Found some plants on the clearance shelf. Problem was the plant I brought to the checkout didn't have the barcode crossed off, the one I left on the stand did. The cashier argued it wasn't included in the discount and wouldn't listen that there was one marked accordingly. I left without the plant and happened to go back the next day and was able to pickup the sale plant along with other items needed.

Decided I would run in here and somehow ended up at the houseplant section and they had phenomenal clearance prices. I got a ficus tree for 8 dollars!! Problem is I grabbed the tree and continued out to the garden section to check out. The guy ringing me up did everything but pat me down as far as accusing me of stealing. He took what should have been a maybe 5 minute check out experience and turned it into a 20 minute interrogation. First he started yanking on the tree to pull it out of the decorative pot, tried telling me the decorative pot is on sale not the tree and I shouldbt stick the plants in the pots it confuses the workers. I said it came like that and there's several more on the rack. He then attempted to look it up after demanding I tell him what type of tree it is, still wasn't satisfied with that so he called over a worker from the garden center to ask her if the tree and pot went together. She said yeah just scan the barcode it'll come up. Never apologized or anything so rude.

Boycotting this store cause they were not able to price match on a tool with a price that was at their Apple Valley store. Never have I experienced the incompetence I just experienced. Home Depot will forever have my business. I sent Corporate a lengthy email about my experience and yet to hear back... Do yourself a favor and support your Home Depot, Tractor Supply and Amazon...

Lowe's home improvement store offers an assortment of home decor as well as home repair items. They also offer a discount to military veterans, which is key to me and my friends. Its competitors may have more items that support contractors. But, Lowe's home improvement adds more of that "personal" touch.

We have more than one DIY centers but Lowe's is great for decor they have much prettier stuff. I mostly come here for the garden section and mine are home repairs but I absolutely love Lowe's

You can’t buy anything boxed at this store (
:-( yesterday i bought a bbq had to return it because during assembly i’ll noticed it was totally warped. Today bought a craftsman cabinet , opened it and totally bend and damaged. Also the exchange item has damaged but minor and i’ll was tired to go back a 3rd time.
I’ll don’t know what you guys do in the warehouse but everything i’ll buy at your store takes me at least 2 rides. I am sorry for the people there they work at CS for returns.
