I placed an order for 12 custom embroidered hats back on August. Still have not received all 12 and dealing with the manager Gary and Nick. I was told excuse after excuse why they didn’t get done on time. Went back in over a month ago to pickup what should have been the last two hats and they are a different color. They are now ignoring my text messages and I can’t reach the store. I need someone from upper management to get back to me.

Got two hats made. One was ok not perfect. The other was bad. Employees even said it came out bad. They said they can't fix it. They sure can take my money . 130 bucks for 2 hats and 3 words. Please don't use this place ?.

Rude worker. I asked a simple question, are you closed and he replied, I’m the only one working and going on my break and closed the gate.

Went there to pick up 2 hats that was got my ticket at 5:15 pm they told me like 1:30 min I came back at 6:45 pm and was there for 10 minutes and it looks like they already closed

I went to get my boyfriend hat stiched tell me why the heart looks like a circle and the sticking looks horrible. I’m so upset I don’t recommend getting your hats stiched here !!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, I was expecting like decent work with the embroideries but honestly, it ended up coming out amazing, the people who were working there today (January 29, 2022 around 3-4:30 P.M were super polite and very helpful. Although the estimated time was around 40 minutes off, I’m still extremely happy with the results.

This location needs improvement on customer service. The lady(red hair)working their is so rude as well as the so called manager Gary or Gray. The shop is always closed claiming they’re at lunch. I would come back a few hours after and , no surprise, still closed for “lunch break”. The one time they’re open and I had to deal with disrespect individuals. Definitely avoid this location. The so called useless manager and rude employee need to go take some customer service classes as well as manners

Do not go here the absolute worst customer service ever and they know it. Employee Kayla with red hair was very disrespectful to my wife arguing with her on a policy they do not have. We went to get some items embroidered and one item they did not embroider and could not embroider because of the material. So we asked for our money back. Kayla refused to give us our money back for whatever reason. We wanted to talk to the manger or owner and she said he won’t be in for an hour. Just being very horrible to my wife and not helping. Nonetheless we got our money back and we are NEVER going back here again. This is actually our second time having a bad experience here the first time the manger said he had a death in the family and that’s why he could not fulfill our order and excused the reason why he was so rude. Having some compassion and being hopeful we tried them again. And nope still horrible customer service. I’m taking this up to corporate too!
