Great experience as usual. I use the office on Amargosa Rd. in Victorville. My tax preparer Vicki did an amazing job. Great communication skills, very thorough and fantastic personality. I always drop my information off and await the call to come in and sign my documents. Vicki knew that I had stopped by before heading to work and she had me out of the office within 20 minutes so I wouldn't be late for work. I highly recommend this office and if you do use them for filing your taxes, ask for Vicki. You won't be disappointed.

This place don't care about there customers, they tell you whatever you want to hear just to make as much money of you as they can. They were very unprofessional and overcharged me and also put information om my taxes i specifically asked them not to told me i was getting a certain amount back and once i received my taxes it was nowhere near what they told me. I wouldn't recommend this hell hole to no one it's a big rip off.
