I got my taxes done by liberty last year, so i decided to go back thinking that things would go smooth since my information is already in their system. I went in to liberty two days in a row to get my business taxes done. They couldn't get them cleared with their compliance so they called me on two different occasions to make revisions. After that I hadn't heard anything. I started calling them. They took down my number multiple times and said they were going to call me back. I did not receive any call back. Weeks went by. I decided to go to H&R block. Glen from H&R got my taxes done and accepted by the IRS within a week.
