This store is the worst I’ve ever been in by far. I purchased some items from the store and the next day I returned an item they said that they would put it back on my credit card, but I’ve never received it. I showed the manager the bank statements that I haven’t received it and the manager told me that she can’t do nothing about it so stop coming into the store. So Be Careful, when When returning make sure that they do it right because if it doesn’t show up on your account, you’ll never get it. They kept telling me that it would be there within seven days then they went to 10 days then 45 days and up to now I still have not received my refund to go back to my bank and talk to them, but I showed the bank statements my refund has not reflected on there I guess they think that everybody is a thief. Honestly, I will never return to the store. They take advantage of people based on what they look like because that’s why I feel that they won’t listen and assume that I’m trying to steal something from them. I don’t know what to or who to speak to I would let it go, but it’s $312 that I did not get refunded back to my card.
