Recently visited for a Live Scan. Called ahead the day of to see if there was availability, and I was easily accommodated. Walk-ins are welcome. No wait. Quick, simple, and convenient process. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, which is always appreciated. Thank you, Woodall Group!

Lazy ! Closed an hour early with no notice. Poor customer service. Knocked on doors and no one opened it just to come out and say she was closed.

Don’t go to this place if your license depends on it. Charges me 75. I went back to my notes. The lady put the wrong dates on my fingerprints and I had to do it again and overnight them. It may just cost me a a good job and delay on my license.

I went to Woodall to complete an application for volunteer services. The business had a sign posted on the door that read "closed at 2 on 9/15". I got to the door just before 1:50, but it was locked, and there was no one available to answer the phone when I called to get some help. Thankfully I have other options for completing the application process. There should be a no stars option for this app, which this business deserves because I received no service.

The office hours is not accurate. I have called this place numerous times and no one ever pick up!I brought my mom to get live scan today at the door says closed and will be open at 9 am!They never opened!Update your business details and if you dont want to service anyone maybe time to close your office!

Since I became a nurse they alway do my background check and they are very professional and they clean and sanitize the area before every use. That makes the experience even better. Thank you for having a fast and efficient service.

I called this morning to ensure they would still be open today considering it is MLK Jr day. The lady on the phone assured me that they would be open. I arrived around 3:15 PM and I drove a half hour to get here only for the door to be locked and nobody answering the phone. Totally bogus, waste of my time and gas driving all the way down here based on lies told by their employee. 1 star! Absolutely unprofessional, what a joke.EDIT: in response to your response. Next time train your employees better to express this information that you close early on holidays and not lie to people about your hours. If you aren't going to be open until 4 pm than DONT tell people you're open until 4 pm.
