“This is the best place to buy jewelry; DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! DRJ has a way of making you feel like family. Their customer service is next to none! Yes their prices are a bit elevated, but that is what you can expect when you are getting nothing but the highest quality in materials and craftsmanship. No other jewelry store in the mall can compare to them as far as customer service, warranty, & product quality at this location and any other DRJ location. They are always very friendly and extremely willing to work with customers and help them get the best possible deal for both parties. The store manager Karina, at this location is simply just the best. She DEFINITELY deserves a raise. You can call her or speak to her in store about any questions you may have about their offerings, or if you need a specific piece of jewelry or style; If she does not have what you are looking for in store, believe me when I tell you that she will source it or die trying! She literally moves mountains for her customers. I have been a customer of hers for a couple of years now, dealing both directly and indirectly with her or her colleagues; mainly her. “My family and I have always had such a great experience shopping at the Kay's in Victorville. Kelly is so patient and kind and provides the absolute best customer service. My mom has been a loyal customer for over 25 years and I would never go anywhere else for jewelry. I recently purchased an engagement ring and wedding band, had both sent in for sizing, then delivered to me in Florida. The process was so easy and I was kept updated throughout the ordering, sizing, and shipping processes. We always purchase the warranty on jewelry purchased, as well. It's so quick and easy to have your jewelry checked out every 6 months and then I know Kay's will help if anything goes wrong or prongs gets loose. Buying jewelry can be both exciting and stressful, but shopping at Kay's in Victorville is always such a pleasant experience. There are no high pressure sales tactics, Kelly and team are knowledgeable and caring and more than anything else just want you to be happy with your purchase! I absolutely love my rings and am distracted by them all day, haha!”
