Paid for the First Class package (most expensive one). Tyres not shined, wheel wells are still dusty (never got wet), grill still has bugs and dirt showing. Wouldn't recommend. Only positive were the friendly staff. Very unhappy.

They charge for armerall but you have to ask for it, But if you don't notice it you just don't get it Not fair for customer.

This carwash was pretty decent. I was surprised to see that at the end of the wash was a machine to towel dry the car. I chose the $9 wash and was pretty satisfied with how my car came out. Plus, the vacuums had great suction. Other than that, it was still a generic car wash and some of the other ones i have been to give towels to use. The people were great with my car, but the lady who was outside with the machines was a bit off as it felt like they were staring over me. I was not too sure if she was supposed to help us, but I did not get acknowledged, so I just did it myself as she was there.

If I could give it 6 stars I would! I’m a college student and over the summer I got a subscription to this car wash (The Manager Brianna helped me figure it out! She’s really lovely and always has a nice attitude) and I just wanna say that it was the best customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Everytime I went I had an easy going experience with everyone and I definitely will be coming back and getting another subscription once I’m back from college!
