The service was literally awful, my man got asked by a male what I wanted on my order and he wrote everything down and once my order was being made it was a girl was who was making my order irritated asking what we wanted and rolling her eyes constantly.

I eat at Jersey Mike's often as they are typically close to my construction job sites. Most have good customer service but this location has GREAT customer service and was very tidy. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcomed. And my #1 was made perfectly!

I'm one upset customer. Last November I placed a bowl order and it had a huge black hair in it. i called immediately and they told me they would issue me a refund. Instead of a refund they charge my chips twice and never got the refund for my bowl. I only get a 30 minute lunch so this is a huge inconvenience. after months of not going to Jersey Mike's I gave it another try, big mistake! I don't eat mayo and this time around they drizzled mayo on my bow, once again a huge inconvenience because of my lunch time. It wasn't even busy because my order was place at 10:37a.m. one hangry human

The customer service today provided by Kai, Ariel, and Sierra was absolutely impeccable. Jersey miles already has great quality and they take that over with their employees I can't wait to go back . Amazing ladies

I mean Jersey Mike's is delicious but I like this specific Jersey Mike's not only because it's close to my house but everyone here is so friendly! The sandwiches are made to order of course and they are kind even if they are busy. I come here so often they know my order.

Just purchased a #43 chipotle Philadelphia cheese sub sandwich, my usual but not happy at all took a bite and too my surprise there was something hard in it thought maybe a bone ?? In a sub??? So I tried it one more time took another bite and it's a piece of plastic even larger. I will call tomorrow to complain and hopefully get my back.

I order a regular size sub that I can never finish from here about 2/3 times a month.I only order online, and all directions are followed, service is superb, and my order is always out on time.Curbside service is an added plus but I just go in to grab my food.Parking: Parking can be difficult to find due to it being a shared lot.

Just had Jersey Mikes for the First time it was Flight.. this guy Matt handled my order and I didn't have 1 complaint. went to make a review and seen some of the reviews lol they are to funny. people you are not at home, if there's always a problem you can fix it by eating at Home. no brainer.. but ppl don't seem to use that anymore. and someone is always at fault. Good Job Jersey Mikes.. And it seems only matt works and the Tall black guy.

I'm giving this review a 3 based on the customer service! This location just opened, should never have a "B"! I wonder if it's because of the trifling behaviors of "some" of the employees! Don't get me wrong "I love Jersey Mikes" and I frequent many locations. I love it because I have a visual of my food while being made. I love the fact Jersey Mikes requires their employees to change their gloves after every order, i assume unless the employee never walked away from the line and the sandwiches are continuously being made in that moment. I also know if a customer ask for gloves to be changed it should be honored without feeling like the employees getting an attitude! If you've asked someone to start with fresh gloves when you come in, asked them to wipe down before they get started and the store is COMPLETELY DEAD, you have 3-4 people working, you thru make you feel like YOUR REQUEST IS UNREASONABLE, go to the back come out with a rag, wipe down, and then proceed to make your sandwich! Where is the mindfulness of what your doing; and make me feel like I'm being unreasonable when I ask you to change your gloves again! Instead of honering my request and move forward you walk to the back and never comeback. Someone else takes over! The "energy" that a customer receives when you ask them to SIMPLY DO THEIR JOB! It seems like the other employees pick up that energy too and as a customer you feel like the employees can't be trusted. Especially, when the person who started your sandwich walks away goes to the back and the shows up at the very end to wrap your Sandwich and didn't change their gloves it makes you feel suspicious. Especially, when they can't look you in the eye when you get your sandwich even when you say THANK YOU AND AND KINDLY ASK FOR MY REQUEST THE ENTIRE TIME! Why does a customer have to feel uneasy like their request to have the environment clean and food prepared in a sanitary way when they pay for it and have to eat it!!! I just left their today and this was the case! I was present during another day, it was very busy and people we're waiting for a long time. I will say EVERYONE but MATT was doing their best to deliver quickly.. HOWEVER, the unsanitary mistakes that were made during that visit was unbelievable!!! 1. Atleast 4 people asked the staff to change their gloves, why??? 2. Wiping their gloves on their clothes while on the line, 3. Wiping their face or scratching with gloves on. 4. Touching or lifting their hats while making sandwiches 5. Touching their hair while on the grill 6. Matt was on the grill and a customer. was trying to communicate something about their order and MATT completely ignored him, plus he never turned around! since he never acknowledged the employee the customer called MATT kindly by name to communicate their request and he NEVER acknowledged him or turned around! Unbelievable!! These employees need to be retrained on food handling and to understand these request aren't a ""PERSONAL ATTACK " on them or their character... If you work in fast food you must understand you will encounter various personalities thst require their food to be handled differently in addition to ensuring their food is handled properly! If any employee that "CHOOSES" to work with food be prepares to deal with changes! I hope the owner can deal with these issues. It's real the unsanitary practices with gloves and the bad energy given when we see things and ask for changes! You NEVER want them to ho to the back in the mist of making your food to get anything because you don't know what their doing!!!! A customer should never feel insecure about food! Bottom line is I was excited to have this location nearby, I was a regular at this location and these request are respected! This location, I can't say the same and they bamboozled the hiring manager with what they had to offer and the customer service they can provide!!! i didnt care to much for this place. dont kno what all the hype is about. i mean the sandwich was plain had nothing special except over priced . i can. get 3 at subway for the price of 1 at this place, can say the workers were nice and friendly and were fast but thats all
