Candy is a wonderful tax preparer who has always provided thorough explanations of what we should expect and what specific documents are for. Her patience, level of care, and ability to ease my nerves regarding my taxes is what brings me back to using H&R Block every year. Although the rates are rather high, she has a natural way of making you feel at ease when submitting your documents. If H&R Block wasn't as expensive then it would open the line for those of lower income status to use their service rather than a cheaper alternative. Big shout out to Candy for everything!
