I purchased a catalytic converter that Howard’s stated was brand new, my car ended up rejecting it and I took it to the dealer to find out it isn’t brand new and I got scammed 1600$

This is my first visit to the shop and the owner I don't remember his name but I think it was Nick, he's very patient he answers the questions, he tells you the direct answer and I like that. He's going to work on my car on Thursday May 30 to put a catalytic converter on my 2002 Chevy Impala LS. His helper I think the name James is very polite and listen to what you're saying and he takes notes and gives them to the boss. I was referred to them from pep boys in Victorville

This place has GREAT customer service. My traverse had a exhausted leak so i had googled the area and had send me to a muffler shop down the street from there, which I stop by and told me that it was an hour and a half wait time . I have a baby so I was not gonna wait an hour and a half so I drove to this other shop (Howard’s)and right away they Evaluate the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. I was out of the shop. I highly recommend this muffler shop.

Stopped by to get some advice and an expert opinion, was not disappointed at all! Very helpful and knowledgeable about all our muffler needs and gave my son a good deal and went the extra mile for us! Highly recommend!

AMAZING customer service #1#2 the work done on my car was perfect!!!2004 Honda accord 4cyl 2.4L2.5” from cat back with a magnaflow “flow FX” as resonator (recommended by shop) Then back to a vibrant street power muffler and it sounds amazing! No honda rasp and it’s how a Honda with exhaust should sound in my opinion.More sturdy than my OEM setupWill definitely be bringing my 1967 Ford F100 in for an exhaust system soon.
