I walk in 16 min after they open at 9 ask me what I need and I ask for a full set and pedicure and they say we are booked for the Whole day from and I’m thinking to myself from 9-6 you’re booked I just left idk why he even asked me what I needed to be done but it was disheartening and unprofessional never heard of a nail shop being all booked up 16 min after being open not to mention not no skin tone diversity in the nail shop or in these reviews but who am I to say that’s the reason just something to think about before going here

Love this place, clean, friendly & top notch nails. Prices are great overall one of the best nail salons in Victorville. You'll need to make appointment ahead of time.

Excellent customer service. I am elderly and have a hard time getting to the nail shop. I count on others for rides. So, my feet needed alot of work and Ben the manager picked a salon tech by the name of Tiffany. She saw the issues and l told l wanted the Royal deluxe package. She was really gentle and very professional. I was falling asleep in my chair. The massaging was wonderful with warm up lavender lotion, mask, oil, sugar scrub and warm up wax. Best messaging was on my lower legs with the warm oils and warmed up lavender lotion. Another salon tech by the name of Lisa did a gel manicure on my nails. Of course the polish was matched to go with the polish on my feet. I definitely plan on returning and already put my appt in for April. Clean salon and relaxing atmosphere. They are in Mission Grove area of Riverside.

Went in to get fill and two nails fixed and eyebrows done. Was take back right way. Very kind people and Jennifer did an amazing job. Very friendly and will definitely be back.

I have been coming to Holy Nails a little over 10 years, driving all the way from LA. I love the service and the staff especially Lucy and her daughters. I've always loved the service. On this particular day about 8-9 mo ago I got the good service but when it was time to pay I noticed David's wife talking to him and he gave me a different price than usual. He was charging me more because he said my nails were long. Long story short my nails were always the same length or they would cut them down. I didn't argue. I paid what he said but I felt terrible. I was a Regular customer who drove over a 100 miles just to be treated unfairly by changing the prices after service was rendered. There were no signs posted about a price change! After I got home I called him to let him know how I felt about the price change after the service was done. He said we're going to change prices anyway. He said I guess I should have told you upfront!!! I was very disappointed how this was handled. It could have been handled differently. It was very sneaky!! I miss Lucy she is the best pedicurist there!!! Sorry but not sorry David!! You lost a LOYAL CUSTOMER!!

I haven’t had a set of nails in several years. I called the salon and was able to get in right away. David was professional and took his time in making my nails look beautiful I am very pleased.

It was my first time getting my nails done here and let me tell you they did such an awesome job in making me feel welcomed and the tech (I didn’t get her name) she did an amazing job with my nails ??. She took the time to do my mani and pedi without feeling bum rushed but made it a relaxing ? experience. Im for sure coming back. Thanks for the great vibes and atmosphere and not rushing to get my nails done but taking the time to make sure my nails were on point. I really appreciate it ?
