Great place to workout. Welcoming atmosphere and amazing coaches. Coach Arthur, really cares about everyone being successful. He takes the time to work with everyone and makes sure nobody gets hurt. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

There is not one bad thing I can say about Holeshot CrossFit! I went into this CrossFit journey not knowing what to expect. I always thought CrossFit to be intimidating and for “body builders”...but I was COMPLETELY wrong!Coach Arthur is seriously the best of the best! He’s thorough, knowledgeable, safe, and even a little funny sometimes

My husband and I have been members at Holeshot for about a year now. The gym always feels welcoming and people are always friendly. The coaches are trained and know what they are doing. We practice skill work to practice form almost every class. I appreciate thus because I am not very coordinated. My husband and I just finished the 6 week Nutrition Program qith coach Thomee and it was great. She checked in on us and we had challenges to incorporate into our program. The meals were easy to shop for and prep. We feel healthier and less sluggish. We plan on continuing the program.

Best CrossFit in the high desert, best coach, best nutrition program, and wonderful workout buddies. I’m on my last week of a 6 week nutrition challenge and I learned how to make better choices and good habits. If you are having a hard time with making better choices I truly recommend you to try the nutrition program as well as the workouts. You won’t regret it I promise
