Today I was talking to my friend on the phone and some male worker thought I was stealing like he said to me is are you looking for something and I said no I’m showing my friend something and also he siad I saw you having all these stuff on your hand yeah because I was putting everything back because my mom said we can get the snacks from the other store so okay and then i explained everything and then he said thank you and I said back to him I am in trouble or anything he just ignored me and straight up life I’m never coming back this store bad experiment here.

Bought a few things there and I love the flowers and art stuff that was there. It was nice and clean so much options to choose from. The only thing is that it can get a little pricey at the check out. If you planning to go there make sure you have your card and money ready lol went for 1 things I came back $250 worth of items hahaha my new place for house decor and ideas.

Love Hobby Lobby !!! Their merchandise and sales are great . I recommend this store to everyone looking to decorate and beautify their home . If you have a hobby , or not ! You will find something that will accommodate your hobby or will get you on the road to one . If you haven't visited a Hobby Lobby , make your way into one . You won't regret it!!

First time visiting a California location, and it was an awesome visit. If you can't find what you need for all your craft projects and hobbies here, then you might have a difficult time finding it elsewhere. The store was stocked, clean, plenty of cashiers open, and several employees on the floor assisting customers. Found what I needed quickly, but could easily spend an hour or two.

I have been to the Hobby Lobby here in Victorville many times. Prepping for a wedding, decorating for the holidays, updating hobby equipment and inspiration for gifts.I have been very impressed with the staff, the stores organization and cleanliness. When ever I have had questions, I have been able to find staff in short order that are more than happy to assist with my inquiries.The product selection is very good & well stocked. Hobby Lobby is my first go to when I'm working on a project and need craft supplies. There are a plethora of supplies that cover almost every hand craft hobby you can think of.However, to my husband's disappointment, they don't carry auto or boat parts, alas they can't have everything under the sun. But not for lack of trying.... :)

NO CHANUKAH ITEMS at this store?! I'm pretty disappointed at the antisemitic gesture to leave out this holiday!?? Seriously, I take a huge burn to this! Antisemitism seems a bit real here in the High Desert that a place where they encourage people to purchase items to display for the season has forgotten that people who celebrate CHANUKAH live here too! The staff was very apologetic and said they were VERY surprised that there wasn't any for this season! I am too. Badly done Hobby Lobby - I guess me and my friends will shop at MICHAELS!

The only arts and crafts store worth going to here in the High Desert. Good selection and pricing. I find all my yarn and scrapbooking supplies here. There are also periodic close outs on some paper crafting supplies so it is a good idea to return and check regularly. Lines can get exceedingly long, particularly around holidays, but it should not be a problem if you go during off hours. Cashiers are friendly. Plenty of parking in the lot.

My mom has been going here for years! & never had a problem. She loves arts & crafts, & she went yesterday 10/4 & experienced the worse customer service from their MANAGER. My mom asked a simple question & she responded with the worse attitude.

Long time customer and have never had a bad experience. Customer service is great, check out is quick and easy. however, they should consider opening more than two registers on the weekends. Prices are reasonable and you can find nearly anything home decor or diy projects.

Every time I come the cashier's are very nice and helpful even when the lines are long. I think if the employees were able to scan items that would help the check-out times. But overall it's a great place to shop.
