Rooms: Room was in horrendous conditions.Lights would not work.Had an odor of mildew. Toilet was clogged up because of weak waterflow.VERY UNSATISFIED.

I was very happy with my stay! My room was clean and had no issues. I used the office a few times to edit some documents and print them out. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of food and shopping options near by and the location is very easy to get to from the freeway.
Rooms: Clean, good size, nice TV.
Safety: Very safe, I never saw anyone questionable hanging around the hotel.
Food and drinks: They have a nice bar, you can order breakfast and dinner, and have a little store if you need to grab something quick.

The response the hotel added below is a LIE. I have called and visited the facility in person and the supervisor will not speak to me or make amends for the horrible treatment. If you are trying to help a homeless person get a room for the night, this is not the place. They will come up with any reason at all to deny a legitimate reservation to a homeless guest, even if paid for by a 3rd party...... find another place that cares about people. They have lost my business, but I'm sure they are happy since they don't care...... so sad.... with the fake response below my opinion remains unchanged. Stay away from this place as they do not care about people or understand the basics of customer service and I have already had 158 nights at Hilton properties in 2024 .......

Booked this hotel for my family of 4 in a Jr suite. In my reservation I requested a rollaway bed. First night food not have it, my kids tried to share the pullout couch but it was small, my son ended up sleeping in a chair. Next morning I went down asked for the rollaway bed before leaving the hotel for the day.
When we came back in the evening the person at the desk told me it should be up there if it isn't call down and they'll bring it up. We go up, no bed, I call down they said ok. Then my wife got a call saying they can't put the bed in here because company policy states no more than 2 bed in a room. When I went down the night manager said she couldn't do anything, I explained to her that my son slept in a chair and that I was there for 5 more nights. She simply repeated the policy to me.
I then left the hotel at 11 and drove to the nearest Walmart and bought an air mattress for $50 so my son could sleep. The following night i called down for an extra blanket, 10 min later a maintenance man comes up with a sheet and says there's no more blankets. I usually stay at Hiltons when I travel and this was a bad experience, bad enough where I may consider other hotels. Housekeeping and the ladies who worked the dining room were great. Very helpful and friendly, and it definitely helped the experience.

Super outdated hotel. Rooms need remodel. They look 90’s style. Hilton is no longer using liquid soap and now they are putting cheap small bars at the shower area which is a big turn down to me. Carpet and decor is old. Old drapes with holes or ragged out. Breakfast is $10 dollars on top of staying at an old and outdated Hilton that needs to be remodeled. There is patches everywhere. Next time I stay at the Marriott.

We checked in August 2nd in the evening. It was a pleasant experience from the moment we checked in! We had so much fun with Kayla and Rosie in the bar area! Those ladies actually made me miss California! They were freaking awesome!! The breakfast servers in the morning were also awesome! All around a great experience. They all deserve a raise :))

Very quiet, lots of space for meetings, and kids
Walkability: Walking distance to Scandia
Food and drinks: The food was delicious

The staff made it extra fun and the customer service was the cherry on top ?

I had a jacuzzi room. The room was clean and all but the jacuzzi was extra small. ..... ok yes I have a large man, he is like a body guard for me but I stand 5 for 2 and medium in size, there is No way ABSOLUTELY NO Way we could fit in the jacuzzi together. That was a real disappointment since that is the reason we got the room. I mean like it was made just to fit a woman alone. Other then that room was cool.

Front desk staff with longest nails need some people skills! I have been here for a week, and have a several packages delivered to the front desk. I had no issue with other staff. But this front desk staff hotel was so rude. I approached her to ask for the package she answered, without looking at me, that she needed an ID. Did not ask me for my room and validate the name in that room. Just rude in so many ways! Should front desk staff have better people skills?

Family and I spent the 4th of July day at this hotel. We felt welcome with the staff hospitality. Especially, Maribel, one of the waitresses. Not to mention the rest of the restaurant employees. I really, recommend this hotel.
