Pretty annoying that fitting rooms were closed way before closing time. I'm talking 30minutes plus! No heads up or anything, no announcement! Had I known the timing, I would've used the fitting rooms sooner. The staff member had been cleaning since 7pm, I tried using the fitting room right before 7:30, wasn't able to, asked if there are holds, they don't so I walked out empty handed. Overall, a pretty frustrating and irritating experience. Staff should be given time to do their closing routine AFTER store hours or better yet ANNOUNCE prior to closing fitting rooms because this is the issue that customers face and it's really irritating.

Really don’t like that they close there fitting rooms an hour prior to closing. Girl that was closing was really rude as well.

I guess this place is ok, but I may not be going back. A lot of other reviews say the staff isn't friendly... They are friendly to me but on the cold side. They do have fitting rooms and that's nice. Clothing is cute I guess. But the mirrors in the store you can't use because the displays are in the way. I moved a display over and they came and moved it back WHILE I was using the mirror!!! And the clothing is a good price but you get what you pay for! Many jackets are not finished inside, making them transparent to the color of shirt underneath. And if you pay cash you can't get a return, only exchange. That turns me off. They get a grade C... Three stars...

Honestly the bad reviews for this store really surprise me. Everything here is very reasonably priced with one of the best plus size sections I've personally seen in the HD. The cashiers have been nothing but wonderful, and every time I come in I am greeted very kindly and have had wonderful conversations with staff. Their return policy is made very clear from the start, and is very reasonable so that is definitely the fault of the customer for not reading the signs, the receipt, or listening to the cashier. This is my favorite clothing store in the mall by far and I highly recommend stopping here if you haven't before.

Walked in cause my teenage daughter was in need of some blouses. By the time we got up to pay, The cashier had an attitude. She rang us up and threw the bagged items towards us. Didn’t even thank us for spending our hard earned money. We won’t be shopping here again! And I’ll make sure to warn the rest of the people that I know that has shopped here before.

Worst store ever please don't come to this store it better to shop on Macy's or JCPenney you can exchange or get your money back. But here in this store you can't try it on or get your money back, worst store ever.

Super cute clothes. However, do not expect to be able to return or exchange anything. You still cannot try anything on either. I bought a dress for my vacation the day before I left. I went in today to exchange it, and was told I was beyond the 14 day return period. Now I have a dress I was not able to try on and does not fit.

my daughter went in to Her closet in the mall and bought a pink belt not realizing the belt was torn at the end of the belt .as my daughter walked out of the store I asked her to see the belt we both realized the belt was torn so we took it back to let the store manager be aware of this matter .The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful she refused to help my daughter out knowing we just walked out how is this possible not to get assistance with this .we walked out of the store with the ripped belt . Not a happy customer will never shop at this store again and will make sure none of my family members shop there as well
