I purchased a new GM vehicle, 600 miles in and it has a check engine light. Scheduled an appt to get it checked out. It has been 3 days and they haven't even looked at it. Don't expect them to call and give you an update. Everytime I call they say we are going to try and get to it before we go home, if not it'll be first thing in the morning. Caposio had good customer service until I purchased a vehicle, now it's a different story. Definitely the worst service department I've ever had to deal with! This service department has convinced me to never buy a Gm vehicle again

If you’re in the market for a car, or are curious go see Benny and Sal in sales, and ask for Lucy in finance.
They gave me a GREAT price for my car, a killer price for theirs, and made the entire process so seamless. I initially started my search online to avoid spending literally anytime in the hot summer heat, arguing with a sales person during a stressful process. The online chat was super easy and was with an actual human who got all the initial details. Then I was connected with Benny and Sal . Benny did everything virtually with me, he was quick to respond, kind, honest and respectful of my space and time. He presented numbers and I couldn’t say no. The next day we drove the hour drive to seal the deal, in 110 degree weather….dreading the last minute sales pitches and hours of wasted time- to my surprise I was met with the kindest people who directed me quickly to Sal who made me feel right at home, understood my needs and boundaries as a customer and did everything he said he would.
Finance was a BREEZE and Lucy was awesome. Again, straight forward, kind and fun to be around.
Hands down- the best dealership, the best cars, the best service. I can’t wait to drive my brand new GMC Terrain AT4 for years to come.

The ceramic coating on my brand new GMC was terrible… but the service department made it right after 3 try’s.. and I had to pay extra for this warranty..
Meanwhile I had to make my payment even though it took 1-week and 2 returns

Very nice place, the waiting area is big and open ...so if you have to wait it's comfortable. They have charging for your phones, they give you a free beverage or you can get good snacks in the vending machine. If you don't want to wait they still give courtesy drop offs or pickups. They fixed my car and it drives so good now. I'm very happy with the outcome. Im taking my car here from now on ??

Don’t stop on this dealer only steal your money 4 time I take my truck for the same issue don’t fix anything still under warranty the router & pads they’re not using factory parts be carful check my pictures I contact General Motors for this issue next step Lemon Law!!! Paid $950 for brake pads & routers and another $560 for inspection now I have oil leak on the oil pan this people making this leak to come back to the dealer I’m going report this the some news channel the way they can stop stealing money from the customers. WARNING ‼️ DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR FOR ANY SERVICE ON THIS PLACE CAPOSIO!!!
