I went there as a student for my project to ask a few questions. There wasnt any customers so i knew it wasnt crazy at the time. I felt uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. Every question i asked it was no no no. The technician was nice but other than that never again. The other pharmacys i been to where super nice ?Do better on customer service because im still a customer too :).

I love Queens Pharmacy. They're so helpful, friendly, and so are the delivery drivers. So happy I switched from Walgreens. Queens actually answers their phones!

I would give it 5 stars for the owner but his staff makes it hard. The dark hair Hispanic lady ALWAYS wants to argue with me about what is prescribed to ME. She goes back forth, telling me that there was no prescription sent over for my medicine. She does not even try to look, until I get on the phone to call my doctor. Guess what? Now she goes and all of a sudden, finds my medicine. Is she trying to steal medicine from us sick patients? She should be thankful that she does not have the illnesses that I have. She is so complicated. I felt more welcomed at Walgreens. Smh

They used to be the best but I don't know if they have new people or what... they're rude my prescription was sent in 6 hours ago and they don't have it ready. Never even greeted me like they used to...but greeted everyone else after me....

I went in here to fill my fathers meds because I am his caretaker for him and my mother. The staff was absolutely outstanding and caring. They went out of their way to accommodate me. They were so awesome I had all my dad and my mother's prescriptions moved over there. Thank you staff at Queens Pharmacy I am so very grateful for your compassion and kindness.
