Visited today feel this location can be more happy or appear just a little more enthusiastic... It's the day before Christmas Eve. However the ladies at the "Pro" section were much more lively and friendly.. Happy Holidays

A huge thank you to Priscilla to Kyerra for going above and beyond in assisting us purchase a kitchen faucet and sink. Without their assistance we would not have met the deadline for demo/installation of our kitchen counter. From talking to Priscilla, Assistant Store Manager, on the phone to meeting with her at the store, she permeated kindness and patience. Her Customer Service team, including Kyerra, projected the same positivity and great customer service. We are now Home Depot loyal customers.

They have great service. A kind lady at customer service helped me find what I needed. They don't have too much of a selection on some things but still a great place for generic supplies for your home or workplace. The prices are very reasonable and it's an excellent place to shop.

in Home Depot for over an hour asked someone to please get us help in appliances only one person working in the appliance section. She refused to help us because she wanted to help an employee that came after us. Employee tells the rep in appliance that she could help us first and she told him no she was going to continue to help him. Horrible customer service my husband complain. One young lady from the very front of the store in customer service. Tried to assist us, but she was not knowledgeable enough to help in the appliance department, but she went above and beyond to try her best to help us. Apparently Home Depot. Again, doesn't care too much about their customers. Anytime you want to help your employees first Besides other paying customers that were there first then you don't want our money no problem headed to Lowe's.

Everytime I come here it is a pleasant experience! Today I had to go return paint I purchased that was the wrong shade. The employee gave me no issue and made the color before my eyes. They are magical. They have made a loyal customer!!

If I can give them a O will do this is the worst experience I have had from home depot starting with the delivery of the person that went to my home and approached us with a attitude complaining we needed to wait for him with our doors open but how in the world I have little ones they would have run outside and I have a big pup he would've done the same next thing you know we told him to please chance his tone with us and he walked in supposedly measure the space for my fridge and turned around and said " oh it wont fit I need to cancel your delivery and reschedule you " I was so confused he walked away and left and cancel my delivery saying sorry we missed you, I walked into home depot to see what the hell happen they couldn't help I left then faviola called me and said we have your refund come back JUST BRING YOUR DEBIT CARD AND WILL REFUND YOU we go back and it happens they cant find our information and they wanted a paper with barcode we never got I just wanted to cancel and get my money back and take myself to home depot this is so insane making a report with the headquarters of home depot

If I could do zero stars I would! I'm still sitting in the parking lot writing this haven't even left. Went in for flooring to redo my living room, only one person who worked in paint actually helped me but found my flooring started loading it. Had one employee looking at me, then called for someone to help because I needed 34 boxes of this heavy flooring so she called and nobody ever came, so rolled it up front paid the 1500 they called for someone to help me load it in the truck, after spending 1500 nobody ever came to help again once employee did walk out look at me then walk back in though. Customer service was the absolute worst. Gonna go a few other places to see if I can find flooring similar and if I do I'm taking this back. Worst home depot experience ever.

I was at this location and went in to return a couple of items and shop for my diy project. I entered the store from the nursery side. The return counter is located to the right of the entrance. There was one person in line so I stood behind waiting to be helped. There was about three middle aged female employees talking and goofing around. I patiently waited and the clerk asked who was next and started waving for the couple behind me to come up. I told the masculine female clerk that I was next. Her name is Jessica. A short middle age Hispanic female. She immediately got a attitude and told me the line starts behind me where there is a sign that says returns. When you walk into the store there is a bright orange sign at the counter that says returns. The issue is poor customer service because if they were greeting their customers as they entered the store they would have saw me waiting to be helped. Poor customer service and a lack of morals from Jessica. Her parents failed her.

Please do NOT buy online from Home Depot, my husband bought almost $2000 worth of tools and when delivered, some items were missing, he called Home Depot and they were useless. They said they couldn't help us and to contact our credit card company. Almost $400 worth and no help. Will NEVER EVER be buying from Home Depot again. This has been such a headache

Worse home Depot store I've been too. Tool rental is horrible. Called them and asked about the wood chipper was told I can rent it so I drove 2 hours to pick it up the when they where connecting it to my truck they said a ball on a bumper is illegal in California so they refused to rent to me however still charged me $300.00. by the way I never heard it's illegal to tow the way my truck is I rent from multiple different rental companies from U-Haul to heavy equipment rental companies to home depots and other cities absolutely ridiculous.

Called the Victorville Home Depot store after waiting beyond the date promised for an order. I don't know what associate answers a phone that is ringing, push the buttons, and then hangs up.. it's not the first time I gather they just don't wanna deal with customers. So we drove to the store to find out what was going on. Susana the associate at the return desk/ help desk didn't wanna deal with us either, so she gave me the number to a distribution center and told me to find out the information myself because they probably wouldn't answer the phone call from her either. I called that number, a woman answered the phone right away, and it turned out to be a personal phone number to an associate at the distribution center, who was off work, but answering her calls. She let me know that this was inappropriate for me to be calling and searching the product that we purchased online.. she said the associate should have never given us her personal number and I should contact the manager. So we went back to the store and contacted the assistant manager on duty: Priscilla. She got us our product and handled the situation and under 15 minutes. In one respect you have associates that work incredibly hard and seamlessly to serve the customer that at the end of the day is the reason they have a job. On the other hand, you have to deal with an occasional associate just like Susana who makes you feel like you are interrupting them. In any case we're grateful for Priscilla the assistant manager for helping us; not because it was just her job, but because she took her job seriously and gave value to the customer.

So far I'm having a great experience at this Home Depot. Yes they are busy, yes they run out of supplies because this is the one where most construction workers buy their supplies. They try their best to fix the issues. Their online and delivery service is good, with good communication to the customer.
